It's a good solution to a problem.
I love doing a jigsaw and already had the 500 piece board so my husband bought this for me as a gift. It is, of course, very large and heavy, so for me it is unwieldy and awkward to maneouvre but I am arthritic which doesn't help. With the larger puzzles I am able to spread out more pieces, thus leaving fewer in the box, which is a boon. My favourite feature is the cover which slides into place protecting the puzzle from dust. It is currently stored under the sofa complete with a half-finished Eurographics 1000 piece puzzle - the mood needs to return!

Excellent for puzzle making!
I now have 2 jigboards, one for 1000 piece puzzles and this one for 1500 piece puzzles.They are excellent! I bought this one for an american make of puzzle-( Vermont 1000 piece) after discovering that make of 1000 piece, comes up MUCH BIGGER than the other makes of puzzles! At least now I will be ready for whatever puzzle I decide to do next! It's such a pleasant relaxing way to pass the time- and much better when you have the proper equipment! Perfect! Thank you.

Just what I wanted, but...
The amazon box that contained the box the board is in was hilariously oversized, I can only assume the person packing it was drunk. My 65" TV can fit in it. Sort yourselves out. I had to take it outside to unpack and rip into shreds for recycling because it wouldn't fit up my stairs. Not how I had planned to spend an hour of my day.

Extremely pleased with my purchase!!
I was a bit doubtful whether this was the jigsaw board for me but no more it's great. Far better doing a jigsaw on firm board than on all the ""spongy"" ones they seem to make now. Just wish it came with a fitted cover still would highly recommend it!!

Was only too pleased to actually find a board which could cope with the size of jigsaw my daughter bought me!! At least I can move it from place to place over the months it will take me to complete!! A pretty handy board.
