Great addition to kitchen arsenal.
Fantastic for cooking those “sure to boil over” foods, like potatoes. No more burned rice because of the great temperature control.

Worked perfectly.
I got this today used it right away. I am very happy with the features. I made chicken soup something I usually make in the crock pot. My crock pot cracked and I did not want another one. This is so versatile takes up less space accurately temp control. The timer function is great. The fan is a little loud. I tried all the watt settings worked wonderfully.

Kitchen Addition !
Really great size when space is limited. Made a perfect omelet on it today. I don't enjoy cleaning my glass top electric stove when I am only using one burner , but it seems to smear, splash, or have water spots all over from cooking on that one burner. This great addition to my kitchen will eliminate that issue. Actually comes with an owners manual with clear instructions and a separate recipe book with some standard but also some new ideas. I feel that I made a great purchase !

Works fine, but very short power cord
Just got it and tested it today. The controls on the panel are easy to use and understand. The only thing that made me knock it down from 5 stars to 4 is that the power cord is very short; not even 4 feet. Why can't they at least put a 5' or 6' cord on this thing. That said, I have a short 3' power strip laying around that says it's rated to 1800W, even though the wire is 16AWG. The NuWave's cord is 14AWG. Anyway, I did a test boiling water on the high setting with a covered induction compatible saucepan without the extension cord, and it never even got warm. Then I plugged it into the extension cord and did the same test. The time to boil was the same either way, and neither the power cord nor the extension cord got warm--not even hot. So on balance, I wind up with 6' which I need for its intended use--in a popup camper.

Like the features that my old one did not have.
Still using my old unit. Like the new one's added features. This unit is smaller and will use it in my RV. Can use it like a crock pot base with the low temp and timer settings.

Temperature control
I absolutely love my NuWave induction cooktop. The controlled cooking temperatures are the best and the little noise the fan makes, reminds me that my induction cooktop is on. My kitchen area is quite small, and the NuWave fits perfectly. I had to buy a new set of pans, but I was definitely over due for pans, and I love them as well.

Reliablelty Saftey
This is my third induction cooker in 14 years. I still have my old one, but it will short out if it gets too hot.My husband bought my first one . They are a very safe cooker. I wouldn’t cook with anything else.

It doesn’t work. Trash.
I bought this for my van. I don’t ever wanna cook in my van but I wanted to be able to boil water for tea or coffee. I’ve only got it to work once. It’ll flash codes that it’s not sensing anything on the cook top while the kettle full of water is on it. It won’t work if it’s not perfectly flat so I’ll use the level on my phone and make it flat and it still won’t work. It’s frustrating. It’s just been sitting in the original box in my van for months and now it’s too late to get my money back. If I were you, and you’re looking for something to take in your RV or van I’d advise against this one. Hard pass. It’s now in the garbage and I bought an electric kettle to boil water. It works every time.
