Absolutely crazy that a so simple of a device could make your neck feel so good!! Both husband and myself love the feeling !Neck not stiff at all ! Use 10 minutes two times per day !Go figure!

I bought this because I have herniated discs in my neck. I try to lay on it for 15-30 minutes every evening. It is very comfortable and provides great support. I am 5-10 so the size is perfect. Easy to use and a good value for the price.

I had terrible pain in my neck and left arm. I could barely lift anything and not exercise. This contraption provided great relief, and enabled me to do light exercises and build strength up from there. I'm on a healing path thanks to this device!I had an MRI done -Here are my issues from the MRI:C5-C6: 5-6 mm disk bulge/ ridging osteophytes including bilateral uncovertebral osteophytes contributing to severe left foraminal stenosis, moderate spinal canal stenosis and severe right foraminal stenosis.C6-C7: 5-6 mm left greater than right uncovertebral/ridging osteophytes with disk bulge and retrolisthesis and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy contributing to severe left foraminal stenosis, severe right foraminal stenosis and moderate to severe spinal canal stenosis.

My neck feels better after each use, but as time progresses, it goes back to the way it felt prior to the treatment. The instructions that came with this product did not indicate how long a period it would possibly need to be used for complete correction. If I need to use it daily for the rest of my life, it’s not worth the time!

Since this is so affordable, it's worth buying if you have frequent neck pain. It feels good and kind of stretches or at least aligns your neck properly while you lay on it. I have constant neck pain that radiates to my shoulder - I think it's mostly due to working from home on my couch staring at my laptop and/or looking down at my phone all day. Basically, it's bad posture. What I do is put this thing behind my neck while sitting on my couch, and it makes me keep my head/neck upright. The product itself is good & sturdy. No complaints!

I was hesitant to buy this but I am glad I did. It’s a bit awkward but once you “let go and just use it”, the support and pain relief it brings will make you want to have to around. I really like using it because it does help tension I get on the back of my head, neck, and shoulders. I think the price for this is just right, you get pretty decent quality. I have even bought another one for a family member.

I usually don’t write reviews but I find the importance of sharing with anyone that reads this that I have dealt with neck & shoulder pain for 30+ years,.. thru those years playing sports, car accidents and even motorcycle accidents,.. ok getting old and worn out I get it. Seen a chiropractor and tons of physical therapy for many years as well. Currently dealing with triple crush from a pinch nerve in my neck, pain radiates down bilateral so both hands are always aching. Massages and all that are always temp relief. But this thing,.. this thing after one session for 10 minutes & I already felt a huge diff. Amazing feeling NOt feeling pain! Been 3 days now and have used it every day; even fell asleep on it, haha! But I feel a great sense of relief. So cheap,.. try it for yourself!! Good luck!! Cheers

Ease of use is pretty straight forward. The design could use some work it is kind of awkward and has limited functionality which does not support pain relief. They have collar compressors and tractions that are a better fit.
