Love this, almost more than vanilla

Really changes up shortbread type cookies.
When you need an undefinable citrus flavor, that’s not a harsh lemon or artificial orange flavor… this is it. I make a potato chip cookie that is basically a shortbread cookie w potato chips. It’s good but changing the recipe from 2 tsp vanilla to one tsp vanilla and one tsp Fiori de Sicilia changed the comments from, “Oh this is yummy” to “Oh my gosh, what is this?” It’s a subtle mixed citrus that could be used like perfume it smell so good. Such a wonderful flavor.
