Be careful - this is not easy to position
I bought this support for my chair at work to help with ongoing backache.In my job I am often having to get out of my chair - it is also good practice (bad back or not) to get up every 20 mins or so to get away from a computer screen for a few seconds.The back support attachs to the chair very easily and is easy to adjust to where you want it on your back. The problem is that as soon as I got up then sat down again, the roll moves down. Pretty obvious really that, as it is a circular shape, it is going to roll down the chair. Maybe it would benefit from some velcro on the back or even a tighter elastic strap.I think the support helped my back but I found that the constant repositioning was a pain in the neck (or maybe a pain in the back?) so fairly soon gave up.In hindsight I wish I had bought the half roll as I suspect that would stay where it was put - maybe I'll try one of those.

Does the job
Was recommended by my physio after suffering from sciatica. I have been using it while driving and at home and so far have not had a relapse. I thought at first that it was a bit on the small side but have now got used to it and it feels supportive. Only drawback seems to be with the retaining strap which doesn't really fit round any seats although it is not entirely necessary.

Veru useful to help a bad back not quite as good as I thought it would be. My back is still very painful when I get up from a chair. Very quick service it arrived eRlier than expected

McKenzie Lumbar Roll
I bought one of these a couple of years ago after a progressive bout of Sciatica and have never looked back. I now own 3, one for home, car and work as they fit virtually any chair and offer enough support to remind you to sit properly. You don't need to buy several though as they take seconds to fit.

I use this to help give support to my back. It is good and worth the money However I feel one a bit longer would have suited my needs a bit better..

McKenzie Original Lumbar Roll
The McKenzie Original Lumbar Roll has been extremely useful in supporting my back. It does actually do exactly what it says on the "tin". Would purchase again. It works both in the house and in the car.

Didn't work for me but good idea.
Bought under the recommendation of a physio when i was suffering from a pro-lapsed disc in my back. At the time i drove a Renault Clio and the seat shape caused this to move a lot. I didnt find it particulary helpful and replaced with a cheaper option from a local office shop!
