Beautiful design comes in a lovely box, easy to use and with easy instructions

Would have like more detailed instructions but it's easy to get help online

I have a number of devices and this is my go to favourite.It shows the exact temperature which none of the others do.The head is not replaceable but I use it very heavily and it's still working fine.I've seen MANY improvements from using this.

It's not possible to send you a message or contact you in any way, that's why I have to write here. The device has arrived but it's not possible to turn it on after 3 hours of charging ( during charging it made a buzzing noise) I don't want to send it back if I don't have to but please help me. Is the device faulty or something? What is wrong?

Have now had 2 of these massagers for my wife.First one would not charge from day one & now the second one has charging problems after a month.Would not buy again

This product has stopped heating up to temp it’s supposed too and I can’t get intouch with supplier. Why?

Very good quite happy using it a few times a week, it taken me awhile yoGet the vibrator to switch on otherwise it is fine.

First one didn’t work so ordered a replacement, that doesn’t work either!Was of time & money !
