Sensible advice. The title is slightly problematic. The book does not make you believe or even accept that aging is a “gift”. It does draw your attention to caring for yourself in old age.

My older brother recommended this book to me. It is worth the read if you are reaching the point where more of your life is behind you than in front of you.
