6 months after use, then the microphone broke down

Calidad de sonido bastante agradable como para oír música o recibir llamadas mientras juegas, están aparatosos y poco pesados, las almohadillas te hacen sudar y de repente me los acomodo para descansar de la posición pero eso ya lo sabía por otros comentarios, la pila se cambia muy rápido y al cambiar las pilas los audifonos se conectan decentemente rápido sin necesidad de encenderlos, así que cumplen, voy a pedir unas almohadillas diferentes para que me ayuden con lo del sudor por lo pronto estoy usando un abanico y con eso.

بعد استخدام 5 أشهر السماعة جيدة و تتحمّل ساعات طويلة من اللعب يومياً .. يجي معها بطاريتين وحدة تكون داخل السماعة و أخرى ممكن شحنها عشان تضمن مواصلة لعبك إذا البطارية الأولى خلص شحنها و أيضاً ممكن شحن البطارية اللي بداخل السماعة عبر وصلة يو اس بي تايب سي .. الجميل انها ممكن تتوصل بجهازين مختلفين في نفس الوقت واحد عبر الوايرلس و الآخر عبر بلوتوث .. بتجربتها في ألعاب المواجهة مثل ببجي عبر البلوتوث زمن الإستجابة ممتاز جداً و خارق .. أشوف انها تستحقّ قيمتها

A common manufacturing issue with the headset is that the mic boom will eventually just give out and not pick up your voice when fully down. It has to be raised at a 45 degree angle between the mute and on positions to transmit voice. I would expect a lot better from a at the time, $600 headset.Other than that, the headset has been fine.

I've always had a bad experience with turtle beach headsets, as they always break on me within 6 months of use due to the cheap plastic they always use with their products. I thought maybe this particular headset would be different from the rest. Immediately upon unboxing and trying out the headset I noticed a few things wrong. The Turtle Beach application allows you to change pretty much everything in the headset from EQ, Game chat and party chat mixers, microphone adjustments and etc. The only thing is, you have to wait on your phone to change 1 little thing, just for headset to reset back to how it was the next time you turn the headset on.Next thing, DO NOT BUY THIS if you have a MAC laptop and NO other "PC" as you can not update the headset without a proper windows windows computer, the Turtle Beach hub application is so buggy and non responsive on MAC laptops that it shouldn't even be allowed on the app store. To add on the mess of a application this is, you cannot update the headset without a proper wired connection, meaning you NEED to use a Windows computer and not through Bluetooth connection with your phone like most headsets out there on the market.Speaking of Bluetooth, talking on the phone via Bluetooth while playing the game forces game audio to automatically be lowered, which is a huge issue because you're forced to raise your headset volume up while lowering your phone audio down, just for the call to hang up and the audio to be back to where it was previously, so now your headset is insanely loud in your ears for no reason.The battery levels are so low that usually after one long gaming session you have to replace the battery in the headset or else your headset is as good as dead, I do like how easy it was to swap batteries so I'll give them that.Then, after lets say a few months, (I purchased this headset around Summer of 2023) the microphone starts to make popping and static sounds for others to hear in party/game chat, then the microphone would flat out not work at all. (Microphone started bugging out in January 2024).1 good thing about this headset is how you're able to switch between Xbox and PS5 with ease. Other than that avoid if possible please there are other headsets better than this garbage.

No puedo poner 5 estrellas por que la marca no tiene producto en mx para que no sea de importación de hay en mas esta excelente, buen sonido, buen volumen, actualización 12/06/24, la almohadilla de la diadema se está callendo y no hay de repuesto
