Swax Training Softball 2 Pack

This is my third time buying these baseballs they are the best!! I have no idea why they aren’t more popular among the league, we bought them 3 years ago for our daughter who was learning baseball, they are very similar size and weight without the hardness, making kids way more comfortable practicing the pop flys and just learning to catch in general! If you miss it’s no big deal soft enough to keep on practicing and building confidence!

My 7 year old daughter was very scared of catching a ball and would often move out of the way and miss balls thrown right at her. This ball has the weight of a softball making it easier to catch than a tennis ball but it is also soft enough to make her feel comfortable with getting in front of it. In less than a month she has gone from running away from direct throws to making angled catches and high thrown “pop flies”. It’s hit the brick house and fence a few times with no damage, quality seems to be good.

These are some of the strangest balls I've used for coaching, but it gives wonderful feedback to the kids. They can easily tell if they hit is square. I'm not sure how long they will last, but they've held up quite good so far.

Great for kids that are starting and are scared of the ball. It still has the weight required for familiarity. Must have for beginners. Easy to grip. The durability doesnt have any issues so long as its not used in the street.
