Works reasonably well, doesn't remove thick limescale

I’ve tried a few different descalers for my kettle, and after the vinegar incident (which damaged my previous kettle), I was looking for something that wasn’t too harsh. I decided to give Ecozone a go, and it’s been a solid choice. It’s completely odourless and tasteless, which is great since I drink a lot of tea! The descaler works well to remove limescale and makes the water in my kettle much cleaner. I usually use it every three months to keep my kettle in good shape.Pros:• No strong smell or taste after use.• Does a great job removing limescale from hard water.• Makes the water in the kettle taste cleaner (no more limescale in tea!).• Easy to use with clear instructions.• A safer alternative to harsh chemicals.• Perfect for regular maintenance every few months.Cons:• You do need to give the kettle a good rinse after using it to avoid any residue.

Easy to use, super resultsI bought it to clean the kettle.Now it really looks like new.I do not look for any other options

This descaler was purchased to descale my kettle, which it did but I had to use 2 sachets and heat multiple times. It did work but the quality was to be desired as it didn’t fully descale as I had hoped. Ok value for money as gets the job done but takes longer than others.

Kettle deeply calcified.To be fair - cheaper to buy new but a challenge accepted.Used about 6 sachets and followed instruction.Great product.Kettle is now like new.Definitely a rebuy when needed.Easy to use. No great smells. Good size. 3 sashes will last a year if done periodically.

These are 20g sachets of citric acid - the sachet itself says "100% citric acid". Its way cheaper to just buy citric acid and use 20g at a time when descaling the kettle.Works ok - ive had to use 2 sachets to get the kettle looking ok but its definately not totally cleared.

Very good for removing limescale that's not to heavy, no unpleasant smell, size ok
