A nicely built and modern 5 way extension power strip which is made even more versatile by the use of universal sockets to allow the use of some International electrical plugs as well as the standard 13 amp UK 3 pin plugs. As well as the 5 electrical output sockets the unit comes with 4 additional USB charging ports, 2x 12W USB A, 1x 18W USB A QC3.0 and also 1x 20W USB C PD3.0, which should accommodate most peoples current charging needs. The device has a separate on/off power switch built in as well as a very useful 3 meter long cable with a moulded UK 13 amp 3 pin plug. My only small reservation is with the wall mounting options - bizarrely there is no provision to mount the unit horizontally as there are only two indented mounting slots, one at each end designed to be used to hang the unit vertically from either end. However, this is a very well made and modern power strip solution and is good value at this price!

What can I say about an extension lead. Well this one has a few features to make it easier. To start with it seems to be made to a good standard. It looks and feels substantial and although I have no way of testing its electrical safety I have no concerns. It comes with a good lead length so does not need to be near a power point and the inclusion of one USB - C PD socket and three USB power sockets means I do not tie up mains sockets with adapters. Finally to the mains sockets which are very unusual. They are designed to take normal UK plugs but will also take foreign plugs such as the two round pin European standard and two parallel flat pin plugs. although I cannot test all the options. It also looks to take old UK three round pin but I have no way to check that one. Finally there is a push on/off switch in one corner. Overall this looks to be a decent product.
