Not as good as I expected

Sleek, on trend color and design. Heats up extremely quickly and holds the temperature through-out my styling process. Auto shut off, various temperatures, swivel cord and the width of the heating element is perfect. But OH MY GOSH the floating element (I think that's what it's called) is great!!! When I first tried the flat iron, it didn't close tightly enough on my hair. I was confused. Then I hit the inner up and down switch and this flat iron changed dimensions. (I don't know how to explain it and obviously this is the first of this type I have owned) But prior to moving that switch the iron didn't close tightly enough then after moving that switch the flat iron closed in on my hair perfectly. I have thinner hair, but my sister has crazy thick hair, we shared this flat iron and both of us were incredibly happy with it. My sis will be purchasing her own asap. Highly recommend!

I ordered this to make my wife's days hopefully less stressful. Her old flat iron would take forever to heat up and the coating had work off so it was doing nothing but scalding her hair. This one on the other hand is amazing I wish ovens got this hot this fast. This thing gets up to the temp you set it at almost instantly. Never have I seen anything heat up so fast. The floating plates look durable and her hair effortlessly glides between them. It has a locking mechanism on the handle so that it is easily storable and it keeps the plates protected. My favorite part was the swivel where the cord meets the straightener. It will spin independently in full circles however many times you can spin it. So no more cord twisting all up either. This is a great straightener that I'm impressed with and she absolutely loves. Highly recommended.

I believe There is a mechanical flaw in this hair straightener. It gets to hot and you will burn your hand. You shouldn’t need a heat resistant glove to use a flat iron. The plates and even the handle get too hot. It heats up quickly and straightens your hair but I think this also may be hazardous because of how hot it gets. May start a fire???

It straightens well just wish it heated up hotter size is big and heavy

Not gonna lie, I wanted the color first. Great shade of emerald green. It says it’s for thick and curly and I have fine and wavy, BUT it works. Works better than a more expensive one I already have. It’s nice and wide and heats up quickly. I love how well it straightened my hair and at a fraction of the time. I REALLY love the locking feature as I have two little ones in the house, so that’s an added bonus in my book. Heat setting are important for your type of hair, go watch a video of girls not knowing that and frying their hair off. No thank you. I do go a little higher than directed, but watch the amount of time in contact with my hair. I’m happy for when I want straight hair.
