Teal plates fit my GORUCK vest 2.0
When I bought my GORUCK training weight vest, I used their plates that I own. But those were better suited for my Rucker which I still use. So, I bought the 10 lbs pair from Rogue. They’re great but I wanted to go up from 20 lbs to 30 lbs while balancing the load in the front & back.I found these 14 lbs plates but even after verifying the size, I worried they’d fit. And they are perfect. After my 1st w-out with them, these are exactly what I was looking for.

Great price point and fits a 511 tac tec
Great powder coating to help protect it from my sweat. Bought the 14.5lb pairs and in case any one cares to know, I can stake two of these plates and slide it in one of my tactec sleeve openings. The thought is if I wanted a 40lb vest, I could stake 5lbs on top of the 14s.

Makes me feel big again
After losing 100lbs, I bought a plate carrier and these plates to get the feel of what my body was carrying, and my goodness... This is a great use for rucking. Each step is bogged down, I can’t believe I was even mobile at the weight I was, I pop this on whenever I need to get steps in, and at the 1/2 mile point, my heart rate jumps. Nessacary for my low-intensity cardio, wish I had purchased it sooner.

Great - curve is slightly uncomfortable
Plates are great, sent me the right weight and coat/finish was free of damage.Only con is that the curve at the top digs into my collar bone. Body shape could be a factor; heavier chest workouts might help angle it/lift it away from the body a bit - also wouldn’t be an issue if it were lighter, but the 15lb ones on the collarbone starts to hurt after a few miles. Tried shifting it by adjusting straps to have the plates sit higher up, didn’t really help. Would opt for the flat ones if you’re unsure of how it will fit on your chest/upper abdomen.
