The best waterproof make up remover! It cleans up nicely on the most stubborn of eye make up in particular

Not recommended
It doesn't really remove make up not even waterproof. It doesn't foam and my face still feels dry after using it. It also makes my eyes foggy even though it doesn't go to my eyes. Not happy.
