These are such great quality can be used as sconces or as a chandelier. I originally bought it for a chandelier, but decided I would prefer them as sconces i added crystals to them to make them look a little more dramatic.And I am very satisfied with this purchase. Being able to not have to plug them in has been a great bonus as well or hardwire them, having the remote is very convenient.

I like the fact that the candles are not attached to the light. So many candles quit working after a couple of years and these i can replace as needed. Not sure if they will stay in the holder in high winds therefore I'm keeping them in a baggy when I'm gone. Love the look and durability of the chandelier.

After reading some of the negative reviews I wasn't sure, I thought the price was high as well, but I purchased it anyway. Yes the candles are plastic and feel very cheap to the touch as do the crystals, which at first I didn't add to the candelier. Once hung up everything looks great, the crystals actually added a nice touch. The candles are not bright but I wouldn't want them bright just enough for ambience. It does come in two pieces my 15 year old son put it together for me. I have looked around for other options and I haven't found anything less expensive. I needed something that was battery operated since we don't have electrical outlets in our gazebo and since it's covered solar it wouldn't work either. You can also add your own candles if you prefer. Overall, I am happy with it.

This chandelier is for mood lighting only. It will add ambience, but not add brightness to your room. I used it over my tub because my home inspector hubby wouldn’t allow anything with electricity over the tub. The remote makes it easy to change the look of the lights and turn them off and on.

Purchased this in black, to hang as a chandelier in our outdoor Gazebo. It is a 3 in 1 chandelier, so it came as 2 separate sconces that you could either place together, or only use 1 if you chose to. We decided to use them together, however, It did not come with any pieces to attach the 2 sconces together.. so it hangs oddly and the two sconces intermittently come apart from the other.We didn't expect the lighting to be too bright, but it hardly produces anything! It solely looks nice for decoration, bc turning on the light does not do much to the surrounding area, if anything at all.Not too heavy. The remote & timer function is a nice addition and the long chain is nice for accessibility purposes. It has a nice elegant look for it being inexpensive. It has been hanging outside underneath our gazebo for about 2 months now, and has sustained both rain and windy weather.Would've exchanged or returned it for a new one, but we didn't try to assemble it until about 4.5 weeks after opening, and had already thrown away the box it came in, so I assumed they wouldn't have accepted the return/exchange. I guess I could've tried anyway, with Amazon's customer service having such a great reputation in my experience, but I knew it was our fault, so chose not to bother.*** Overall a great decoration piece that can sustain outdoor weather. Just make note that the lighting is extremely dim, so do not purchase in hopes that it will excessively light up an area. ***

First of all it’s not white it’s cream color, it took me 5 minutes to spray it white. It looks great! It come with a silver chain which I sprayed white. Easy to assemble it did however use small zip tags which helped . It’s all about cover a 12 inch by 12 inch area. It’s well made and I do use the chandelier glass drops! It’s not bright, but a very nice glow. The candles flickers like a real candle. You need to buy 8 “C” batteries. The remote can turn it on and off and has a lot of great timing settings like 4-6-8 hours and can do that repeatedly the same time the next day. Love the product!

I am beginning to lose faith in Amazon reviews. This item had high marks, but it turns out that only the one star ratings actually spoke the truth. This is thing looks really small and does not even properly fill the space of a 10x10 gazebo, and does not look good. Also, it emits almost no light, even in the high setting, so it can really only be viewed as a decoration. The hanging chain is short and the imitation crystals are very cheap looking. Then there is the problem of batteries - you need 2 C- batteries in each of the four candles, this can get expensive. I bought rechargeable batteries and a charger for $45 (so factor that cost). The remote control only works from really close and is really small - fits in the palm of your hand. If you lose the control, which looks easy to do, it will be a nuisance. In the end, I have returned the item, the batteries and the charger. I am now looking for a more proper outdoor chandelier, even if the cost is $150 or more, that will be better than a product that looks crappy and does not light up enough to even see what's on your plate.

I have a very high ceiling in my entryway and did not want to hire an electrician to get the wiring to the center of the ceiling. I have a wall sconce that gives off lots of light but I wanted something decorative to fill the empty space. This is perfect! The size, battery operated, and remote made it perfect for the space. I like having a dim light in the entry because it is very dark at night and don't always want to use the bright sconce light. Remember you have to buy type C batteries, 8 of them. The remote comes with a battery already installed. The batteries will add to the cost but I am so happy with the fixture I don't mind the battery expense.
