It is absolutely amazing. I love in a top floor flat that gets unbearably hot during warmer months and go through so much ice trying to have a cool drink. Having plenty made is great, having them made is automatically is even better for when others forget to refill the tray and leave your freezer barren of ice cubes.The maker itself is decent size, smaller than I was thinking it would be but still works perfectly. Beyond the rattle of ice cubes every 10 minutes can barely hear it, in a different room, in the same room there is a hum noise, louder than a fridge but not distractingly loud.It doesn't run constantly, it has a sensor that stops it when the ice bucket is full, or when the water level is low. It does have an on off switch so if you don't need ice you can turn it off.I was a bit concerned that the ice wasn't as big as I was hoping, however the information booklet provided did state the longer it ran the larger the cubes would be.Overall it works amazingly, does everything it says on the box, and is very simple and easy to use.

I'm really pleased with this ice making machine.It's so easy to use and clean. You can choose what size ice cube you want. There are two sizes small or large, my preference is select the lager size.It produces ice within 6 to 7 mins of use.I would have no problem in recommending this product.

Good for making ice quickly but after 6-months it’s stopped working and is going in the bin - not worth the money

First thing to note about this item is that the ice cubes it makes are not cubes at all. If that's what you want, you'll need to look elsewhere. What this supplies is thimble shaped ice because it is formed on a set of prongs. I only use this on the large setting as the small shapes would be too small unless you are going to put them in a cocktail shaker for instance.

The first few batches of ice were a bit on the flimsy side but as it got going it was much better. They aren't anything like real ice cubes, but what can you expect in just 9 minutes?! They melted pretty quickly in drinks but they were more than adequate.I set it off for the whole tank and collected each batch and put them into zipper bags that I then put in the freezer. They were even better once they had frozen properly in the freezer.I don't find it to be any noisier than I expected it to be, certainly no louder than a kettle boiling...it does its job very well.Very handy gadget to have, and now I've got one I would replace it if it ever breaks down.

It’s a good ice machine. Leaving it on all the time is the only way you’ll get constant ice cubes. The fan over heats so it’s not good for summer heat. Hot days are awful and the ice melts faster. It’s true to size and takes up little space. Comes with a little scooper for the ice and a basket inside to keep the ice. It’s ok value for money, got £30 off voucher when I purchased but it’s still a little expensive. It’s not noisy, has little sound when on, but creates noise when the cubes are being dropped.

I wanted to buy something adult for my grandson. He will use it more in the summer. He is very pleased with it. I’m thinking of buying another one for myself. Mine is too large for my kitchen space. A smaller one would be easier to maintain. It’s large enough for an ice maker. Just about right
