The fuse holder is to big for cable. My first attempt to install, the set screw went all the way inside and fell out, the connection hardware is very thin and cheap but the cables and wires are nice.

I went 4 gauge instead of 8 gauge so I can add another amp in the future in the trunk

I bought this kid to replace the one that I bought for my wife's car but was taken and this one I would have to say is very good quality because everything you need plus extra speaker wire that's one of the cheapest price ones on the net on Amazon that is actually really decent quality

I ordered this kit and put in my wife's car with a small sub and amp no problems now I'm starting to question whether or not I should replace it because the kit I bought for my car came with a fuse that was unblowable needless to say when the fusible link housing melts down and your 4 gauge power wire turns into a solid and will not transfer anything more than about five or six volts to your amp you know something's not right when I cut the power wire back at the amp the inside of it was completely silver and solid more or less power wire junk wasted unusable not even 2 weeks old since installation less than a week past my return or exchange date buyer beware you get what you pay for I repeat do not use the fuse that comes in the kit. Throw that one away and buy one from the auto parts store for a couple bucks never had nothing like this happen in my life 30 years I've been installing systems I'm still amazed day after day all I hope is that they might make this right and send me a new power wire and fusible link to use holder anything it's sad when your wifes got good tunes in her car and you got nothing because you are a week late to exchange

Everything work good for me except fuse box.

I saw a few reviews saying it’s trash, but I’m not sure what the fuss is about honestly. I think people get caught up in what so called pros have to say about it and if it’s not heavy it’s not good….all that said, it doesn’t have an issue pumping 14.4 to my amp everyday!
