Great for homemade candies.

My 8 year old grandson LOVES sour candy. So I've been making candy covered fruit and dipping my coated items in this sour powder along with pop rocks. He said it's the most sour candy he's ever had. He loves it!!

When I first bought these I was looking for sour power, and I really got more than I bargained for. Price isn't bad at all but a bit stronger than expected you may need to add sugar of your own to balance it out unless really sour is your thing

Even though it’s not really sour it’s still a good product I added to my candy apples to get the sweet and sour balance kids loved it

The tase is okay, but a little... chemically. Not bad, not delicious. They're not very sour, but I also have a high tolerance for that. Not a bad deal but if you're looking for punch you in the face sour, I'd go with another product.

Taste is very chemical like taste I was trying to make some coated gushers. I love blue raspberry but when I coated the gushers and tried it. It was very bad don’t know why it tasted like that. Was honestly very disappointing also I tried the rest of the flavors and they all have a chemical taste.

YUMMY! these flavors are so good and tart. they are really good for making sour candies or Gushers. they do run out fast as you have to use a lot of the product to get a good amount of sourness and overall taste. But they work and you can taste and feel the product.
