Really nice product.Im using this for bedding and towels mainly.It seems gentle but gets my whites really clean.The scent is a very clean soft linen smell,quite subtle which I like,it smells like clean outdoor dried laundry,so don't expect a strong lavender scent,but I guess the chamomile and lavender are there somewhere,it's lovely to get into clean fresh sheets with this,no itchy feeling,soft washed towels,think ill be sticking with this,probably won't last as long as 40 washes as I've a 9 kg machine,but I don't care its worth the indulgence.

Doesn’t smell great, in fact no scent at all - if you like no scent than this is for you, I would suggest Wilton’s - scents are incredible

The scent leans on generic floral for me I think perhaps there's more chamomile than lavender in the mix. I'd have preferred more lavender for that classic "bedtime" aroma from my clothing but that's personal preference. The cap was shattered when it arrived but luckily still sealed and not leaked out. You get 1 litre in the bottle and the concentrated detergent is very liquidy so be careful when using it.I find these leave my clothing fresh smelling but if you have any staining, say from playing in the park or from food it struggles a bit. Heavily soiled clothes aren't suitable for this detergent. It's better for clothing that you've sweat in or dropped drinks that didn't leave a stain. For general washing it's not bad at all and I appreciate the eco thought process behind it.Overall not bad. I'd have preferred a stronger wash for deeper stains like my supermarket bought detergent and a scent that leans more on lavender but it's not bad. It's great if you're looking for a fun detergent that you can (technically) use less of and doesn't hurt the environment.

Perfume free is hard to find in UK stores.This has been getting the clothes clean and no eczema flare ups.Love it.

This laundry detergent comes in a litre bottle of concentrated liquid, giving 40 washes per bottle.It has a very delicate fragrance which I prefer to use on my bedding, as opposed to my clothes as I would rather have the calming scents of lavender and chamomile to help drift me off to sleep.. as opposed to wearing it around work.The bottle is eco friendly and fully recyclable, it doesn't come with a dosage cup for environmental purposes.. but don't we all have an abundance of these from other brands already? I know I do, so smart move there by The Lab Co to help reduce waste!The scent before and after washes is pleasant, just a subtle burst of freshness once washed so nothing too overpowering. It foams well in my washing machine and after a rinse there is no residue on my bedding. It seems to clean well also, if not better than my current brand so I am pleased about that.I would definitely recommend this laundry detergent, especially if you want to be a little more friendly to our planet!

I got The Lab Co. Laundry detergent and there's pros and cons. There's no measuring cup so I used one of my old ones. There's 40 washes in the bottle but only if you have a 5kg washing machine. We have about 9 or 10 so we need to use at least 40ml, making the bottle give only 25 washes for us. So not the best value.The liquid smells nice, mainly of chamomile and it cleans really well even fairly dirty kids clothes. I added it into the machine drawer. You probably don't need softener with this one, the clothes came out smelling nice and feeling soft. Overall it is good, especially if you have a small washing machine.
