Turtle Oil Absorbing Sponge – for Swimming Pools Hot Tubs & Spas – Absorbs Oil Slime Grime and Scum

This is a must for hot tubs. These work great for absorbing off the surface of the water & when they start to sink down I just washed in the kitchen sink and they were like new again. They really seem to help keep the hot tub cleaner. We have had our hot tub for about a year now and I just ordered more to replace the ones that have been in use for a year. I would highly recommend these to anyone with a hot tub.

Okay, I'm a child at heart. I love playing with these in my hot tub. There was an oil sheen on the water. I threw two of these guys in and a day later, the sheen was gone. They seem to do the job well.

It's ok, but not sure what to say. It did soak up some grime, but nothing really stood out about the item

I don't know if it's actually doing anything... I've heard that a tennis ball can absorb oils too. This gets sucked into my filters all the time, and seems to just be like your average sponge and soak up water - I can't distinguish if it's actually collecting oils/residue like it's supposed to.

Love this product. It’s great for everyday use. We keep our hot tub running year round and use an Aromathaerpy oil in the hot tub often this keeps the kids clean and the top of the water from being grimy. Also love that I can use it to wipe down the sides if needed while I’m in the hot tub.

I just got a small spa. I have not used a product like this before, so I have nothing to compare it to. That being said, it does exactly what it says it does. It gathers the gunk and soaks up the oil. You can actually feel the oil on the sponge.
