Worked great for an older fiber optic 36" Christmas tree. OK?

Should have provided two wire connections not just one. Otherwise excellent product.

I tried several different sources of DC power and was unable to get any response from this motor. Tried with and without the small wire transistor/diode included. Made no difference. Returned.

I installed this in a large gingerbread house that came from cracker barrel many years ago. It had a rainbow wheel attached to it that made the house change colors. It was a quick install soldering two wires and note that this is an AC Motor and not a DC motor. Check the output on your power supply.

I was able to fix a holiday decoration my mom had for over 25 years. The lights are back and It looks amazing.

I have received items like this from different companies on amazon. With one exception I have returned 4 because they do not work. These needs to be tested before being shipped

Only came with wires no motor.

Just received and installed. At first would not power unless you use the cable included in the box. Very little noise. Happy so far.

The motor simply didn’t work. There was mention in the instructions to tap the motor in case it didn’t start but nothing I did could make it go.I followed the instructions religiously, used a brand new and verified power supply and even had it checked over by an electronics engineer friend, but there was nothing we could do but throw it away.I did briefly consider returning it but decided against getting involved in the hassle.Perhaps I was unlucky and hit a rogue one but o can’t recommend it based on my experience.Hopefully mine was an isolated case and others are happy with their purchases.

Bought to use in the construction of a rotary drier for painted fishing lures (using a 2 pack epoxy resin 'clear coat' finish. Chose this motor for it's low RPM, but found that it lacked sufficient power (torque) when attached to 5 spindles linked by a drive wheel and pulley assembly. During assembly of the primary drive pulley (attached to the motor's output shaft) I evidently applied a little too much pressure and this resulted in a failure of the internal gears (causing a 'blind' spot and loss of drive. Perhaps asking too much of it, I ordered a slightly heavier duty model which is now running perfectly!

I bought this motor to change from an ac drive to dc. The 12v ac adaptors are harder to find and usually not cheap, but dc adaptors are readily available.

I us this motor in my fibre optic lamp but it is so noisy it can be heard over the tv. it rattles like a tin of marbles. I've bough some cheaper motors which were noisy. But this is not a cheap motor and i thought it might be better. it didn'tVery bad motor.

Works perfectly, quiet. Note that it's a DC motor. Most applications for this size of motor are AC. I used this to replace an AC motors as I wanted to use the device with a DC transformer. The vendor very kindly contacted me to make sure I hadn't accidentally ordered the wrong type.
