Even though as an adult I couldn't hear the sound, it seemed to hurt my ears. My children could hear it, but I question the safety of this product and whether it could damage their hearing. Also the cheap plastic connectors split when putting them together, and one of the solar panels fell off as I was removing the protective plastic.

Initially, it scared the feral cats from the yard. I even watched one Tom jump over the fence and immediately jump back over when he set off the sensor.That said, some of the cats seem to be unbothered or perhaps they get used to it.Coupled with other deterrents, I’d say it’s somewhat successful.

A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I got mine in today and installed them. I went out later on in the day and the neighbors dog walked out and stood right beside one of the sensors and walked by another. Had no effect at all on it. I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED
