Hard to know for sure if any vitamins do their job. I would say it makes a difference if you need sunlight in the winter. The K2 seems to make the difference like I learned with the vitamin D. You don’t get as many pills per bottle as other brands. Otherwise nothing wrong with this choice.

You don’t want your body to run low on them.I normally take those small gel capsules with 50mg of D3.I also have dry capsules of 100mg K2 pills.THIS IS A DRY TABLET OF VITAMIN D. It contains MORE than twice the vitamin D3.And 100mcg of K2.It also has almost “half of the vitamin C you should get a day.”I was looking for some new Vitamin D3 pills. THIS ARE A BIT PRICEY just to replace your vitamin D3 with.BUT is does also have a “daily serving” of vitamin K2.The PILLS are NOT Large. But they also are NOT small. I HAVE NO PROBLEM SWALLOWING THEM.If YOU LIKE THE PRICE, And you want to get a good dose of vitamin K2 with your D3. ND’s supps are the best out there. I like that these include your daily dose of vit c as well. I’m sure there’s a sciency reason ND puts it in with vit d, so I’m on board.
