This decants a SIP from the inner chamber into Brugo's cooling chamber. You do not need to change the dial...Then hold you BRUGO mug nearly upright and gently swirl the mug with a brandy motion. This reduces the temperature of one mouthful in the cooling chamber whilst the remaining beverage stays hot. The longer you swill the cooler the sip. You only need to use the TIP & COOL mode whilst the drink is too hot to drink normally... once the ambient temperature in the main chamber has reduced enough only use the SIP setting.* Set the dial to LOCK mode:"Leak Proof Activate" - The Mug is sealed and 100% LEAK PROOF. Once the "Lock" option is selected, you need to get rid of the remaining liquid in the cooling chamber by either drinking it or simply tip it out. If you do not do either of these then you have not made you mug 100% LEAK PROOF.* Set the dial to SIP mode:"Temperature Control Chamber Bypass" - drink directly from the central chamber once your drink is cool enough to drink without using the TIP & COOL mode. Like a regular Travel Mug.

This is a good quality item. I chose it because it is leak proof . The only downside to this item is it is very difficult to see the writing on the lid which tells you whether it is locked or on open. The writing is very small and imprinted in the plastic, you have to look at in in a good light.

I can confirm this product leaks and is NOT leak proof. I would not trust putting this in your bag as the items inside will be damaged. Im disappointed as I wanted a leak proof cup.

Dreadful. Expensive. Leaks or doesn't let you drink. Choose something else.

Kein Auslaufen mehr! Super Trinkbecher. Der Kaffee bleibt auch heiß und man kann den Becher anfassen ohne das man sich die Finger verbrennt.

Hab nach den ganzen guten Rezessionen zwei Becher gekauft. Einen zum Verschenken und einen für mich. Bei meinem war das Gummi am Deckel nach ca. einem Monat schon so ausgeleiert, dass es raus hing und nicht mehr zu benutzen war. Hatte den Becher nicht in der Spülmaschine sondern immer schön mir der Hand gewaschen und dann sowas. Der Verschluß ist auch furchbar. Diese cooling funktion ist total überflüssig, da der Kaffee im becher so schnell kalt wird, dass man das eher erhitzt haben möchte. Lässt sich auch echt schlecht reinigen, da man da überhaupt nicht mit dem schwamm hinkommt.Also ich bin nicht zufrieden. Becher ist nicht mehr zu benutzen, dabei dann man für den Preis was besseres erwarten. Der andere Becher wird auch nicht benutzt. Zwar ist da der Gummi noch heil, aber der Kaffee bleibt nicht warm.

Der Becher erfüllt alle Anforderungen die ich hatte. Bisher habe ich die Abkühlfunktion noch nicht wirklich angewandt, da es dazu wohl etwas mehr Übung braucht. Was die Temperatur angeht, so hält er heiße Getränke wirklich lange heiß. Ein größerer Minuspunkt ist die Reinigung. Man kann das Gefäß an sich nicht ins Wasser tauchen, da sich sonst Wasser darin sammelt. Außerdem ist der Deckel schwierig zu reinigen, durch die Furchen an den Rändern. Man sollte also einige Zeit investieren wenn alles sauber sein soll. Trotzdem eine schöne Sache, die ich nicht bereuht habe.

Habe mich durch die positiven Bewertungen verleiten lassen und habe den hübschen Thermobecher für ein Fam.mitglied erworben. Leider hat mein Geschenk nicht den erwünschten Erfolg gehabt, der Kaffee war nur eine gute halbe Stunde warm, die Einstellungen für die Trinköffnung schlecht zu erkennen, das trinken mit den diversen Einstellungen hat nicht gefallen. Schade , viel Geld für so ein hübsches Stück , und doch nicht gut zu gebrauchen. Leider nur 2 Sterne.

Positiv:- Becher schön griffig und rutschfest.- Portionierbare Flüssigkeit funktioniert einwandfrei.- Mundstück leicht zu reinigen, ohne Wasserreste, die dann irgendwann muffig riechen.- Läuft nicht aus.Negativ:- Warme Getränke halten nicht lange warm!!!- Nippel vom Drehverschluß ist vorne am Mundstück, äußerst lästig beim trinken.- Portionierbare Flüssigkeitsausgabe nicht Handwarm, fast kalt.- Preis Leistung für meine Verhältnisse, ungenügend...
