I’ve bought these multiple times. They are durable for one-time use. I suppose they could be cleaned and used again because they *are* sturdy, but given what they’re used for, I don’t mind tossing after one use. They get the job done and quickly and easily remove hair and sludge from sink/shower drains. I’m not sure they’re any better than other packs on the market, but these were competitive in pricing and had good reviews, so I went with them. I’m happy with the purchase! They’re a bright orange color, which I don’t mind, again, because of their purpose. ;) They’re thick, but not too thick to navigate through a drain. I also appreciate that they clear drains without using toxic chemicals, though we do still use Drano with this tool for really clogged drains.

I had very low expectations for this. $4 for 8 was pretty cheap. I have been dealing with a couple of sinks that were making gurgling noises and not even Drano did anything! I used one of these and I was disgusted but oh so satisfied with all the nasty crap it was pulling out! One of these was good enough to use on 3 sinks. I wore gloves, of course, and cleaned it each time I pulled it out. GREAT product! Definitely worth it. My sinks no longer have any issues. Now I need to work on my daughters bathroom sink

It cleared my slow draining sink!! Inserted and pulled out about six times, did not pull up as much gunk as I expected due to non rotation. Needs to be half as wide (but strong or it might break) to rotate thus one star off.

Everyone should have these in their home. They’re so brilliantly simple and effective. No matter how much we try to filter or keep the drain clean - hair gets down there. Just swoop it right out with this. No more clogs or slow drains. Takes like two minutes once every month or two. Easy peasy. So effective

Whoa - this works great! I've removed hair clogs in my bathroom sinks for decades, by dissaembling the drain stopper and fishing with a modified wire coat hanger. In the shower, my strainers don't come off so I had to do it through the grate, which is more difficult. Both scenarios required twisting and turning, pulling small amounts out over and over, often flicking gunk at me. I saw this orange plastic tool here on Amazon and decided to try it. The process took less than 2 minutes! It's pretty straightforward but this is what I did: 1. Turn on water to soften plug. 2. Put on plastic gloves and grab a disposable grocery bag. 3. Turn OFF water. 4. Insert orange wand slowly into the drain as far as it will go. 5. Give the wand a half turn or more. 6. Slowly pull the wand up and directly into the grocery bag. 7. Dispose in garbage. At this price, why clean for re-use? I actually pulled the gunk off the wand (that's why I wore gloves) and repeated the process from step #4, but there was no need. This tool took only that first dip. I'm really glad to have found these, and grateful to other reviewers which motivated me to buy them.

Nice and long but good luck getting it to go down the drain. It just starts to bend and flex onto itself.

I have the snake clog remover to unclog the bathtub drain. It worked great. Just what I needed. Took a lot of hair out. And you can't beat the price.

This actually works. It unclogged my bathroom sink very quickly. The length is perfect. I was amazed and disgusted when I saw the clog it was able to pull out.
