Purchased for my daughter in college. Very good performance overall. Be aware, NOT meant for gaming. After loading up Sims4 on it and the fans start going nuts :) Nice size screen, great touchpad, comfy keyboard. Will be purchasing another for the other kid ;)

I was surprised how nice it is. I've never had a laptop before, never worked on one. I'm getting used to it fast. I love it!

The price is a deal. The resolution of screen is awesome and the performance is smooth. However I feel frustrated because of the two incidents elaborated below:(1) The delivery date was delayed and changed to another date (June 26) that just happened to the time and date of my doctor's appointment. I wanted to change to another day or time but I needed to pay about $10. I could not talk to a live person and the only way to change the delivery date or time is online.(2) Sometimes there is blue screens and pop-up screens said that Windows does not load properly. I called Dell and after some tests, he asked me to update the drivers which I did.The blue screen still comes up from time to time. This is very frustrated and a bit scary. Can some one help me?

I purchased the 1TB \ 32 GB Dell 3530 which was shipped from P-Chrome1. I am fairly certain that it is not new. The reason I think that it is used is because the coating for the trackpad was worn off in the center (see the photo) most likely from someone moving their finger around to control the mouse pointer. I received the laptop late yesterday and noticed the coating missing first thing this morning. I suspect that this laptop is refurbished. I checked the service tag at the Dell site to see what the original configuration was, and it showed that it was originally 16gb. The listing did not mention anything about not being new, so my expectation is that it was brand new. One other issue that I have found is that it is advertised to have Intel Iris Xe graphics but in reality, it is UHD. Iris Xe is the better of the two and what you want if you are planning to play games, photo editing, CAD work, etc. UHD is the lowest performing option available. One positive thing I noticed is that the laptop came with a single 32gb RAM module instead of 2 - 16 gb modules, although it is from an off brand, so that means one slot is free so I can add another 32 gb to max it to 64. Overall, I am very disappointed with the discrepancies between what I thought I had ordered and what I received - Very deceptive IMO.

What a great deal. I have been crushing it on this for several months now. I bought the exact same thing for my daughter to take to school.

Awesome deal

The laptop has been working great for me but I just realized that it has no sound. I ran the diagnostic routine and went through the Get Help assistant but it couldn't fix it even though it did look for updated drivers. The battery has only ever lasted 2 - 3 hours when I am working but that is not a big problem. The sound card isn't really a huge problem since I have another laptop and another computer that I can use. Other than that, this has been a great work computer and the problems I do have don't stop my productivity for work. It just irks me for my private use.

The laptop is exactly as advertised, 64g of ram, touchscreen, windows 11 pro etc. There is some confusion with the add because it is says something different in the about section of the add but the large headline up top is correct with the product details. The shipping was promt and i received the laptop early and it was in the original Dell packaging. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.
