I use a CPAP and this works very well by providing neck support while not getting in the way of the mask or tubing.

The only reason I rate it 4 stars is because it was so comfortable that my wife took mine and now I don't have one anymore!LOL

It may be a 5 star pillow for someone but for me it did not offer the support that I was looking for. Good quality item.

I was having issues with loss of seal on my CPAP mask. This pillow has totally fixed that. I can sleep on my side and not lose seal. Also, my neck feels better. This is a great product.

Update: Have since purchased another pillow and will donate this one just is not comfortable to sleep on bends in and slides up the headboard perhaps not heavy enough to avoid waking up without neck pain. Can't get a refund now, should have just returned it. Mostly sleeping on the arch cut-out section side. This pillow can end up slightly curved on the bottom if I try to use both the yellow and blue support insert because the bottom becomes curved and moves up the headboard sort of creeping up the bedboard by morning. Use the blue for soft support. So to solve some of the issues I added my own extra full section of memory foam at the bottom for added height, do wish this pillow came with a second soft grey removable 0.79" base shim piece to get more height options - to be able to get what it says - " Add the insert at the bottom, the heights of pillow become 4.1/3.2 inch. " Otherwise, it has been a comfortable pillow in a constant battle to find a CPAP cut-out pillow that works. Does not fit inside all sizes of pillowcases, leaving added space. This pillow's mesh removable and washable covering does keep cool, have tried many cool claiming items this works for that. I also like the color of the dark grey mesh removable washable cover. Wonder how long this memory foam pillow will last. It has alleviated some mask pressure on the face but since I am a side, and back sleeper still have face marks from the headgear the side cutouts sort of work. It does work best if you use a CPAP with the hose attached to the front. Still adjusting to see if I wake up without neck pain removing and adding the adjustable inserts takes some time to figure out what will work. Nice that, it is certified by OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, and Climate Pledge Friendly. Must be nice to get Free Products to review!

I purchased this pillow because I am a side sleeper with petite narrow shoulders. The pillow has an option to remove an insert to make it the correct height of my shoulder! I have been using the pillow for 3 months and it is extremely uncomfortable! I am also able to lay comfortably on my back as it has a slight incline from my neck to back. It is the right amount of support, not too soft or firm. Best pillow I have had in decades , & Highly recommend this purchase.

This hurts my lower back! I learned after trying it out for a week and looking into it that you really aren't supposed to use these without a Dr. Recommendation. I slept poorly with it and had to throw it away unfortunately. I didn't try to return it because it's not their fault. It does seem like a quality item so I give it two stars even though I can't use it.

Bought it for my husband. By far the most comfortable pillow he's owned thus far. I'd definitely buy again if I had to.

I've used this on (3+months) and off (3+months) trying to test what's best for my sleep and I understood that a pillow may take some time to adjust to. First few nights was a little difficult but once I got used to it, I thought the pillow was decent, but felt no difference in the morning. I started using SnoreLab, an app to track my snoring to see how effective this pillow was. It turns out, my snoring becomes SIGNIFICANTLY worse with this pillow. For those with sleep apnea would know, side sleeping helps with snoring so I subconsciously move between positions within the night. With a regular pillow, I find moving around to a side sleeping position is easier whereas for this pillow you need to get the angle perfectly right or it's very uncomfortable. Just overall, I find that this pillow actually makes my snoring at least twice as bad compared to a regular one so it really does not do what it's advertised to do. If anything, it actually makes it worse!
