I rarely gush about a product. This light has worked wonderfully in our closet with no power. We got this pair of lights just prior to Christmas. Installed them and charged them up. 2 months later they are still going strong on the original charge. I was worried about the sensor, but it works even with slider mostly closed. To the extreme that we have make sure the siding door is closed or middle of the night triggers makes our bed light up.I would highly recommend this product. FYI, the magnets are easy to install and work very well. The only thing I might ad is a screw hole for the magnets in the event the tape didn't work. It worked great on plain wood and the lights are light weight.2 months and 2 weeks plus of charge before the light got week on each side. Recharged and working great

I set these up on the basement stairs to light the way without needing to leave the actual light switch on the entire time I’m down there. Absolutely love them,and may pick up more to add some night lights around the house. They charge up quickly,are plenty bright (and adjustable if you prefer the light to be more dim),and set up is very easy with the sturdy magnets. It’s nice to be able to pluck these right off the wall as needed for a recharge or even to use them as a simple flashlight in case if an emergency.So far battery life has been exceptional too. I’ve had these set up for a few weeks now,with the motion sensors seeing steady daily foot traffic. A day or two ago I finally had to recharge just one of the lights that was starting to dim. The other 3 can probably go another week before I’ll need to charge them as well.

Update to original review:Although it's definitely better than having to buy batteries, I noticed after the first week of use the charge does not hold very long. After 3 days of being on the motion setting, the light was noticeably dim and needed to be recharged... Have to take into account every time you walk by it goes on and stays on for 20 seconds but still....Had AAA battery operated LED sensor lights on the stairs before and got tired of getting new batteries for them. These were the perfect solution. Not only are they rechargeable but have three different light effects, and three different brightness settings. They look very nice. We needed the dark stairway to be lit up and it does the job fantastic. They are magnetic, you can just stick them to a metal surface, or they come with an adhesive back metal plate, two of them per light that you can just use the stick it on to a surface. And the dog loves them too.

These are the neatest portable, go anywhere dry, battery operated LED lights ever. There are three color temperatures to choose from and three brightness levels in each mode. I love these things. They're going into a camper to begin with. Just ordered two more! Now I have two of each size, but I have a feeling I'm going to be ordering these for other projects, and for gifts. These are terrific!

Super easy to install with the included template. It works great. I put it in a dark closet cubby. I like that it's rechargeable and magnetic, so it's easy to pull down whenever it needs recharging.

These lights are great. They are bright on all 3 colors and the 3 dimmer options makes sure you can set them up for exactly how much light you need/want. The motion sense works outstandingly in my application. So well that I am in fact placing an order or 2 more sets after I write this. I have them just inside the track for the doors of a bi-fold type closet door. Its a typical "front door coat closet" no light in it, annoying bi-fold doors, deep sigh..lol...I placed these lights next to the door track so that when you open the closet doors the lights will come on and WOW ,OH you can actually see to do something now! Love these lights. I love that I can recharge them so no worries about being out of batteries. They could be used as a hand held light in an emergency, they are magnetic so will self stick to many items ( they come with small stick on metal tabs that you can place anywhere you need these lights to stick)**** SIDE NOTE ON MOUNTING!!!! Use some command strips that come with them plastic hooks in all the stores to hang these! This way you can remove them with no damage to the wall\paint and you can reuse\reposition the light! The self sticking metal tabs are not repositionable!!!!!!!!!!!I was not exactly sure on where I wanted these lights placed in my closet so I used the 3 M command strips to hang the little metal tab that the magnets in the light stick to, this way I could have moved them if I had needed to but I got lucky and lined them up exactly where I needed light. That said Ive found about 5 other places these lights will be going! 1. Under my kitchen sink! 2. In my storage shed\Garden tool shed 3. In the storage\tack area of my horse trailer. 4. Our stupidly dark stairwell that leads to our basement! 5. Id like 1 for each of my bathroom storage cabinets. and trust me when I say the list could go on!

I bought several to place under upper kitchen cabinets to add light to the counters. The adjustable light colors and brightness are great features. To install, put the magnets on the back about a couple of inches from the ends (where the magnet holds the strongest), peel off the paper on the back of the magnet, and press the light onto the desired surface. The only down side is that when you are using the Auto setting, the light goes off every 20 seconds, so you have to keep waving your hand near the motion detector to turn the light back on. Obviously, in that case you are better off to just turn the light switch to On for the duration of that task. I plan to buy more to put inside some deep cabinets.
