How to Train and Understand Your Belgian Malinois Puppy & Dog Paperback – June 25, 2015

This book was ok, it taught me a lot about my malinois, but I feel like I learned more from other books.

Very superficial

Basically, it says in every chapter, go to obiedence training. Didn't really learn a darn thing. Not worth buying, if I would have known I wouldn't have gotten it. It was recommended after the book I really wanted is back ordered. Oh well, live and learn. There is always Ebay for selling it.

I bought this book because my boyfriend recently got an adorable Belgian Malinois puppy and we needed to start somewhere to understand and train this cutie. Written in a very clear and simple style, the book is filled with lots of information for beginners like us.

We purchased this book in preparation of getting our Belgian Malinois puppy. I was very disappointed when I read the book, that there wasn't more detail about the breed. It seemed like he was talking very broadly about puppies in general, no specific breed.There were so many spelling and grammatical errors throughout the book as well, which made it slightly irritating to read. I felt like I was grading someone's paper.When I got farther into the book as well, they had duplicated many of the chapters. So the book was far shorter than I actually thought it was going to be!Overall, I would have rather gone and explored my local bookstore for something! It was not very helpful!

One of two breeds we are considering after we move . . .

Simply put, sentence structures were horrible in this book. There were far too many grammatical errors, in addition to all of the run-on sentences. Some of the information was useful, but you had to really dig through all the BS that was added in attempt to make the book funny. The "comic relief" failed miserably and just made me irritated while trying to get through the book. If you've taken any sort of literature classes in your entire life (elementary included), you'll probably get impatient while trying to translate this book into proper writing structure.

Interesting but terrible English grammar! Lots of Good tips for owners of all dogs not just the Malinois. It has given me plenty of tips to prepare for my new puppy.

Absolute life saver. Everything you need to know about caring for your mal. This book has changed our lives and giving a better bond between me and my malinois. Easy training tips and has everything you need to know from birth to adulthood.

This book has the worst advice for training, educating and caring for dogs ever. Not to mention so many grammar mistakes. Waste of money and waste of time reading it. Don’t buy!

I received the book promptly. The book was very disappointing. The poor English did not detract from the content that much, however I did not learn anything new.

Beschreibt auch nicht viel über die Besonderheiten des Mali, sehr allgemein gehalten. für Ersthundebesitzer nicht schlecht, aber für die wiederum ist ein Mali schlecht ;-).
