Sam Seagull Felt Craft Mini Kit

Yes this is abit of money, but if you're careful cutting out the pattern you can get two Sammy Seagulls out of the felt supplied. I made more fish and added a cotton bud rod to give Sammy Seagul to my Husband as a jokey Anniversary gift as well as his main gift. The Seagul reminded us both of feathers Mcgraw from "The Wrong Trousers" for some reason 🤣🤣. The pattern was easy to follow apart from attaching the stomach section as it was unclear were that bit started? (Although it is clearer in the photo) A photo in the instructions that isn't white on white would be soo much clearer, or two stars to to point out we're to start and finish stitching that section would make it easier for complete beginner. Also it is unclear if the pattern placement to stitch the legs is supposed to be cut or is it just a marker where to put the legs, again the pattern instructions are open to interpretation on that. I just stitched in the legs at that marker...

This was a Christmas gift for my mother and she loved it. I so not sew but had a look at the instruction and understood them. Mum is a more experienced sewer and loved it.

I am very disappointed with this felt kit as the templates were missing. I cannot make it without the templates so I may send it all back.
