What a great chair for a great price!
Review: SIHOO Doro C300 Ergonomic Office Chair with Ultra Soft 3D ArmrestsThis chair on offer price is such great value, at full price would easily be worth the price. I was really in so much doubt changing from my comfy slouchy executive chair to this one. I had developed back problems and realise now it was my comfy slouchy chair. Within hours on this new chair I feel supported, sit correctly and the quality is great. It was so easy to assemble with clear instructions, took me just 20 mins. Everything was clearly labelled in a blister pack, wish other would do this also!My surprise was the weight, its so heavy but that is such a positive for me as its of great quality and sturdy. Adjustable in every way, such a great chair.

Great product and Support from Ceci
I had some issue with the wheels and Ceci helped me immediately giving me support. The chair quality is great. Super comfortable. A little bit on the heavy side but its 100% worth it.

Good work chair & great customer service
I bought this chair recently, and overall, it’s been a great addition to my desk. It’s comfortable, provides good back and neck support and is highly adjustable for any position during the long hours at my desk. That said, when I first set it up, I realised it was a bit short for me since I’m on the taller side. I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me quickly on email. They were very helpful and got the issue sorted without any hassle, which I really appreciated. One quick note, the arm rests are adjustable (swerve left and right) but also dont lock into place, which some may find annoying, but I dont mind it too much. You get used to it after a while. Otherwise great heavy chair and feels expensive.

Solid and heavy office chair
My previous home office chair lasted less than three years as the gas cartridge (?) refused to hold the chair up under my weight (100kg). This time I did some more research and decided to pay a bit more - the last one was £150 and buy a chair rated to 150kg. This one is on sale at £329 but, as a brought a 2nd described as 'used', I only paid £260. Hard to tell how it has been 'used' as it seems brand new.Slightly fiddly to put together in parts - you really need two people when attaching the arms rests to the back attachment. Other than that simple and well described with all the bits (and spares) clearly labelled. The chair itself is heavy and clearly a step up from my previous chair. It's comfortable (so far). If i had one criticism, its that the headrest is a bit low (I'm 6ft).Happy with the purchase.

SIHOO Doro C300 Ergonomic Office Chair - Very Comfortable Chair and Customer Service has been Great
I bought the SIHOO Doro C300 Ergonomic Office Chair in late November 2023. It came very well packaged and was easy to assemble. Once in use I found it very comfortable and I was impressed with the solidity of the chair.Unfortunately, in February I found the left arm had failed at the joint of the arm rest and contacted Sihoo to see what they could do. I received a prompt response requesting further information about the failure, which I answered with a short video to show the problem. They immediately came back with a promise to replace the whole arm, which I received a few days later. Replacement was easy, requiring 2 bolts to be unscrewed and re-fixed.During this period I also queried an issue I had when I first got the chair - the chair lift movement was a little restricted and did not work well with my rise and fall desk. I had to maintain the desk at its lowest level and the chair at its highest. The answer was a suggestion to find a replacement gas lift that met my requirements and that they would put £25 towards the replacement. After careful measurement I found a replacement gas lift for £21 and ordered it. I had a refund of this almost by return. When I came to fit the new gas lift I found the original was fully stuck in the chair feet 'spider'. I tried using a pipe wrench and a sledge hammer but could not remove it. Sihoo sent me a replacement 'spider' and I refitted the chair feet and the new gas lift - took me under an hour to complete. Now the chair is working fine and I have movement on both the chair and the desk to be able to find a comfortable position.During this experience Sihoo answered all my emails promptly and gave every assistance. The whole issue was cleared within half a month, including the deliveries.I have been very pleased with the response I received from SihooOffice.

very comfortable chair for the price
When my last lock down office chair fell apart I settled on this one to replace it. Its a good solid item and fairly heavy so like others advise to assemble in the room it will be used in if possible. There are some YouTube review videos that also show assembly but the instructions in the pack are fine. They also provide extra nuts and bolts so dont worry if you have a few spare at the end. I opted for a mesh chair this time as my last faux leather one was less comfortable in hot weather. This mesh gives very good support and more than might be anticipated from the images. The back rest does take a bit of getting used to, but after a little time using the chair I really like how it adjusts to the small of your back. The gas lift has the usual up and down but you can also lock the chair in a fixed position or in a recline mode where leaning back allows you to gently recline backwards. The seat back adjusts up and down with a good range of settings. The arms adjust up and down but the sideways adjustment is quite loose so the arms do move around, not when sitting but if you knock them. This doesnt bother me as i like being able to adjust the direction of the arm rests to different angles. There is also a neck rest, which looked a bit gimmicky to me but actually gives good support if needed. We have Herman miller chairs at work, and i find this one as comfortable as those but at a much more reasonable price.
