This is my second one, always good quality.The instructions should brief the user about howto pre stretch the bands before using the hand grip. It helps doing this and the finger bands last longer.

Missing Velcro Strap for WRist
I bought two, because the first one had no velcro wrist strap. I thought, someone must have stolen it. I ordered another and it, too, was missing the velcro strap for the wrist. ok product. Poor quality control. It would be nice if the parts shown in the manual were actually in the packaging.

Needs stronger band holder.
The plastic part that holds the bands is not strong enough to hold the bands. They pop out.

Works great!
Great buy on Amazon compared to retail shops. I bought it to strengthen and stretch my fingers for guitar playing. I am 6o years old and I have seen good results in a short period of time. I just tightened the band to the middle row to provide more resistance. This was easy to assemble, just don’t drop or lose the small screws when assembling.

I’m rehabing some instabilities in my hand, and also use this on my patients for overall hand strength. It’s easily adjustable.If the plastic around the bottom was a little thinner and more flexible it would contour the palm better- but it’s a great one size fits all.

Terrible design, total junk!
Tiny screws, had to go out and buy a jewelers screwdriver, then screws would not line up with screw holes. Totally incomprehensible instruction included, web site video that did not show how to assemble. Assembly instructions on Amazon product page somewhat understandable but parts do not fit together, and elastic pieces pull against attempted assembly parts. DO NOT BUY THIS!
