Good coffee maker
I bought this coffee machine for the second time. The first one is still working and is great. And the second one I bought for work. This machine is great. Easy to use. It has 20 bars of pressure which makes it a very effective coffee machine. Coffee from this machine is tasty and very hot. The look is modern and does the job. Of course, not everyone has to like it. But I like it. Easy to fill, easy to use. It has a function of heating the cup with steam before use. It has a function for making small and large coffee. Although for me there should also be a function for very large coffee. I use large coffee cups and here to fill such a cup I have to repeat the process of filling my cup. But this is not a disadvantage. From the less pleasant things I can say that the machine is quite loud during operation. But what other machine is not? The money I paid for it is very acceptable. It does not cost millions of coins like machines from the competition. I recommend this machine to anyone who does not need hundreds of functions and displays in their coffee machine. This coffee maker makes great coffee and doesn't cost much.

Home Barista!
I’m no coffee connoisseur, but I buy a coffee most days on my way to work and it’s costing me a small fortune. This little machines already paying for itself. It’s compact so doesn’t take much space on the counter top. It has a big water tank so I’m not constantly refilling it. The coffee that come cost has a nice rich crema. It’s a basic machine but It has a steam wand which is good if you want to froth your milk, I’d sooner just warm a pan of milk on the stove to be fair so I don’t really use it much but when I have, it’s been easy to use. All in all if you just want nice fresh coffee and aren’t a coffee snob looking to get into the science behind pulling the perfect shot then this is the perfect no fuss machine.

Great starter espresso machine
I bought this a little over a year ago as my first proper espresso machine, and it’s been brilliant for learning the ropes. It’s simple to use, looks great on the counter, and makes genuinely good coffee once you get your technique down. Unfortunately, mine has just given up — but after more than three uses a day for over a year, it’s more than earned its keep. If you’re new to espresso, I’d definitely recommend it (and grab the bottomless portafilter while you’re at it). It’s perfect for beginners and great value for money, but seasoned coffee lovers might prefer to spend a bit more on something built to last.

A nice solid little machine
After getting through three bean to cup machines over the last 15 years with expensive repairs along the way, I decided to keep things simple and go with a basic coffee machine. So far so good , the 3700 looks great and is very compact. For the price (£110) it feels decent quality. No complaints ,makes decent espresso quality a pressurised portafilter and has a powerful 20 bar steam wand. If I can use this machine for a couple of years it's a better buy than more elaborate machines that cost much more but still tend to go wrong at the same rate. I'm enjoying the more involved process of grinding the beans etc ,all good .A nice upgrade to this machine would be a bottomless non pressurised portafilter. This would be dependent on grinding fresh beans with a decent burr grinder that is able to grind fine enough for espresso.

Absolutely Amazing Coffee with thick Crema
I own a Coffee shop and I am used to using a Wega 3 group head machine that is huge and I have honestly not got 1 bad thing to say about this machine that I bought for my kitchen at home when I got sick of buying Nespresso pods. It’s so easy to set up and use, heats up in 30 seconds, Great Crema on the coffee as shown in my video, the steam wand is so powerful and the bonus is that there is hardly any clean up with it. If you are in any doubt, buy it!!

Awful toxic plastic smell, water leaking, lack of pressure!
I asked for this coffee machine for Christmas. My brother and his wife have the same one and it’s a great little machine. I was very excited to use it but sadly I noticed straight away that it had an awful toxic plastic smell and taste. I ran over 3 tanks of water through it but the smell and taste did not go away. I returned for a refund. The machine was also very loud, pulses and tray rattles. I reordered it hoping this one was just faulty. The second machine also had the same smell but not quite as bad. My brother and I did a comparison video. He showed me how to run water through the milk wand. A design feature if you just want hot water. I noticed that his machine did not pulse when in use - it just made a humming sound. The tray did not vibrate loudly and the pressure of water coming out was noticeable better. His machine was much smoother and worked better. Identical machine (make and model) but definitely not made the same. My machine lacked pressure through the wand, the water coming out in spurts. It then cut out completely with no water coming out at all. I then noticed it was leaking water from the tank at the back but I couldn’t work out where or how. These machines may have been good a year ago but they have changed how they make them and are now terrible. I have organised another return. Very disappointed.

Perfect for americanos, lattes and cappuccinos
I bought the Casabrew Essentials (the simpler model) and absolutely loved it, until I ran into a problem just after the warranty expired. I contacted the company to see if they could help me understand how to fix it, and they didn’t just help, they gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. In the end, I received a new machine, which is even better than the previous one. For the price, you wouldn’t normally expect much, but trust me: if you love Americanos and lattes or cappuccinos like I do, just go for this brand. I can even make latte art with this machine. It’s a 1000 out of 10. By the way, the black model is absolutely beautiful.
