Let's be real here, it has been literally decades since I've had a bikini bod. The swim skirts look good on me but are terrible in a Jacuzzi, annoying to swim in and can leave me with a spazzy suntan (depending on how they happen to lay when I'm sitting down). I chose this as an alternative to wear with a tankini top. This suit is cut like a full coverage hipster- not too high on the leg and plenty of coverage in the back. The waistband elastic is wide enough so it doesn't give that "rubber-band on a water balloon" look but not so wide that it's going to roll down. On me, there is a little bit of sag at the leg openings on the backside, but its not a deal breaker by any means. I have not had a chance to wear this in the water yet, but the material seems like it will handle being wet as well as any other quality suit.I am 5' 6" 157 lbs and generally wear a size 12 in jeans. I bought a size 14 which fits perfect. I cannot account for why there is such a wild variation in price between the sizes and colors at the time of my review, but I was lucky enough to score a size 14 in black for less than ten bucks! At that price, I highly recommend the suit. Other colors and sizes of the exact same suit are selling for six times that! For that kind of money, I'd expect it to not only fit well but make me look like a runway model.Bottom line- if you happen to catch your desired size and color at a marked down price, don't hesitate to snap it up.

I love the way this bathing suit bottom fits; very comfortable with a moderate and flattering look. I plan to wear it under my sailing gear and have already ordered another one. My only complaint is the limited color selection.

Fits well and is comfortable. Sits nicely on my hips without producing bulges.

Very nice swimsuit bottoms. They fit well but for me I feel they are a little lose. I am a size 10 so that is what I ordered. I think I could have used a size 8.

Would have really liked this swimsuit bottom except the sizing was about two sizes too small. I had already ordered up one size but i think two sizes up would have worked. I am 5'5", 140lbs and wear a size 8 in pants but the 10 in this swim bottom was just snug enough to be unflattering. Seemed very well made and I liked the cut but order up two sizes.

To use with bathing suit top it looked like a tropcial blue it was a teal color

The bottoms were slightly too small/tight on the thigh area for me. I have large thighs and thought this would go up higher on the thighs so I wouldn't have this problem. Great color, quality, just a little to small.
