VERY COMFORTABLE|
They are very comfortable because they are so thin. Unfortunately they have not been successful in helping my problem. However, in defence of this product I have heard so many stories of them not just helping relieve symptoms but actually effecting a cure that negates the need for surgery in some people, so its not the same for everyone.

Hmmmm..... not convinced really
Bought for my mother, who declared them as 'brilliant', until the novelty wore off and it was more important to have something to complain about than to justify the expense that she was at first convinced was worth doing. They are very expensive for what they are and tend only really fit in one pair of shoes once they have formed to the shape. Therefore unless you only wear a limited selection of shoes, I would suggest that the type of person that would want these is unlikely to be able to fiddle getting these in and out of different shoes.Do they work? I've not notices any change in my mother's knees (or her complaining about them) since she started using them. However, obviously this is not a first hand review, so maybe they are better and she just has got used to the change.**UPDATE** last time I was there I checked and the shoes with these Heelers were no longer in use. Therefore I don't think that they actually had any effect

Copper Heelers
I ordered the copper heelers after reading one of their information booklets - but nowhere in that publication did it state that these insoles could not be moved from shoe to shoe. However when the insoles came it clearly in very bold print that they cannot be transferred from shoe to shoe and they bed in to one shoe and would therefore upset your posture reinforcement. Surely this should have been made more clear in their description. I still have not used them as I am in the process of deciding what shoes I will wear more often.

Aids painful joints
My mother in law aged 91 bought these for a new pair of shoes as she already uses them and has done for several years. She finds she has less joint pain when she uses them.

These copper insoles seem very good but I have not had them long enough to feel any benefit from them. Another customer, in their review, advised that it takes two to three weeks before she felt any benefit. I think they are quite expensive for what they are considering they are advertised as being suitable for all shoes and can be easily transferred to others, because of the need for the Velcro to be used, it is quite an expensive product for something you can only use once.

One Star
Arrived on time but doesn't stick in shoe properly. So when worn moves down shoe and is uncomfortable

They do help, but be patient it takes two or three weeks to feel better.
I have used copper insoles for over a year with great results. My hip was really aching and the insoles worked, but not straight away, you have to be patient. So I have purchased more to go into winter boots. If copper use is a placebo, as has been suggested, I don’t care . It works for me.

Warm feet
I have worn these as instructed but still have problems with my knees, I must say that if you suffer from cold feet these have made by feet lovely and warm also my lower legs.
