This is our first bidet. After reading many reviews, we went with this hand-held spray, rather than the seated version. This is - surprisingly - a lovely item! It is nothing like a kitchen sprayer. Instead, it has a heft to it, a lovely finish and is completely dripless. I admire it every time I use it! Water pressure is easily controlled, and varies from a gentle flow to a forceful stream of water. This model is nice because of its length, so you can use it without having to put your hand into the toilet. Installation was quick and easy, but we did have to run out to get a flexible hose to replace the non-flexible one that supplies water to the toilet.

This bidet sprayer is a game-changer! The all-metal construction feels solid and durable, and the chrome finish looks great in my bathroom. Installation was a breeze, and the adjustable water pressure is a fantastic feature. The backflow preventer gives me peace of mind. Overall, I'm very impressed with the high quality and functionality of this bidet sprayer. Highly recommend!

Awesome product! As a crohns patient, would have saved a fortune if I had found this product sooner! A lot less toilet paper. Now we need a dryer!

This is a great bidet. I have not experienced any leaking. The great thing is that you can adjust the water pressure to your comfort level. I was super easy to install. The only downside is that this is the second time I have purchased this since we moved and the price went through the roof this time. The last time I purchased these, they were only $20 a piece. But, I got it again because it is not a bad product.

This is the fourth one I've purchased, but not because three failed. Oh, no. I am spreading the gospel of the spray bidet far and wide. Every toilet in America should have one of these. They are no-nonsense, easy to install, easy to use, and more than powerful enough to get the job done. Installation: Unscrew the hose going to your toilet tank, add the T-connector, reconnect to tank, connect bidet hose, good to go. Less than 30 minutes if you struggle with plumbing, 10 if you're good at it, 60 if you have to make a Home Depot run. Overall, very easy. Usage: You slide the slider *carefully* to the pressure you want, and slide it to Off when you're done. The pressure this thing is capable of is unbelieveable. I am convinced that, if I were brave enough and strong enough to withstand the max setting, that water would shoot out of my ears. Build/Quailty: They're very simple devices. I've not had one fail yet. Get one for every toilet you own. Give as gifts to people you visit frequently, too, because once you start using this you'll never want to use anything else.

The reason I chose this SonTiy Bidet Sprayer over other, slightly cheaper ones I saw on Amazon was its all-brass construction of the sprayer handle, and the braided construction of its hose. Our last bidet sprayer eventually developed a leak from the hose at its connection to the T-valve and I wanted a better-quality product as its replacement. We've only had this new sprayer for a week or so now, so I can't comment on its long-term durability, but it is much better constructed then our last one and I expect it to last much longer. I only had one initial hesitation when I bought the SonTiy sprayer, and that was with its use of a sliding switch as opposed to lever you press, much like you would see on a garden hose sprayer. But my wife was okay with it, and as noted in their literature, that handle is a source of leakage of other makes. We also like the design of the extended sprayer nozzle. An additional plus is that the nozzle fits into the holder from our last sprayer I already had mounted on my wall, so I didn’t need to install their holder. Installation was as straightforward as with any other bidet sprayer, but of note, due to their higher manufacturing quality, they advise you not to use plumbers Teflon tape on the threads of the connections. I was initially unsure about leaving this off of my installation, but the connections do not leak. My only criticism is that the variable slider switch doesn’t seem to make much of a difference in the sprayer’s water stream pressure. But this isn’t a big concern for us, and it doesn’t skew our favorable opinion of SonTiy’s product.

This is a life changer. I have a few rolls of toilet paper around but I don’t use it anymore. Pays for itself right there. Have had it for a while. It was easy to install. Works smoothly. Can be controlled easily. It has never leaked. Highly recommend. Save a tree or two
