High/Low switch is opposite of instructions.
The only dual voltage travel steamer I found on Amazon. High/low setting switch is opposite of instructions. When using on 110 volts, the heating element is diminished (slow to heat and produce steam). If you don't need dual voltage capability, there are better options.Updated review. I was contacted by the vendor who offered a free replacement or refund without requiring returning item. Great customer service. 5☆.

Not my favorite
Don’t get in a hurry.... this takes about 10 minutes (the previous version heated up very quickly) to begin steaming. By the time it does you have to add more water and wait a bit more for that water to heat up.. when it finally begins working it works ok. I prefer the previous version works

Gets the job done!
I picked this because of the price and it gets the job done and is extremely small. It'll be great for travel. It takes a bit longer to steam a garment than bigger or more powerful steamers, but it gets the job done. It steams for a surprisingly long time with a small tank of water, too. I've only used this once so far, so I'll update after several more uses.

Good for travel and home, prefer over an iron
Purchased this for a business trip to Austria, Poland, and Slovakia which I packed for all within a carry-on suitcase. It is a good size and came with a carrying case which helped keep everything tidy within my luggage. No problem with the varying voltage and worked so well that I will be using at home now instead of ironing, on most occasions. Very please and recommend both for travel and home.

Works great in 220VAC countries
Perfect travel companion, worked great here in Italy at 220VAC! Will update to 5Star rating if it works just as good in 110VAC.

Fantastic Teavel Steamer
We left for Egypt and Jordan on a two week holiday three days after receiving the steamer. We used it everyday on the trip and it worked to perfection each and every time. I would recommend this product to anyone needing a lightweight travel steamer.
