Best electric bike for kids! ⚡️
The media could not be loaded. These electric bikes are my kids favorite bike in the house! They are so convenient to charge the battery, it’s something my kids can do on their own and they usually ride these bikes multiple times a week if not every day! There are three different settings of speed that the kids can adjust for their skill level is which is really nice.

Don't buy online
As our 3 year old stood hovered over his brand new Stacyc, delivered only minutes earlier, helping my husband assemble it, my husband sighs and says, "The front fork is bent and the front wheel will not go on." Tears flowed and flowed...... The bike arrived damaged from the manufacturer. Would highly recommend to buy from a local dealer!The Stacyc product itself (the new one we got) is wonderful. The battery lasts a long time, our son will have plenty of use over the years, it has 3 speeds, and offers lots of fun. Buy the bike - just not online!

Be prepared to spend a lot of extra money
Fun for the first month, very cool concept, but quality of product needs some work. Only had it about a year and have already had to fix it twice. Stacyc was good about sending parts to fix it though

We’ve owned the 12, 16, and 20. They have all been amazing and our kids can’t get enough. They are great for almost any terrain and the batteries charge fast.

Poor service and product
Purchased 2 stacyc 16 brushless e drive bikes with decal kits. Nearly a 2k purchase.First, the company only sent one. After calling, customer service would only work with you over email. After a day they sent the second bike due to error it was not originally sent.Second, the accessories is a joke. Purchasing additional accessories like riser handlebars for $109 dollars that says is compatible with the 16 brushless only to find out, you need a seperate throttle assembly and grip thay is sold with another handlebar assembly. Therefore, spending $400 bucks for what could be offered separately or in it's own offeringCustomer service couldn't put one and one together to understand their product.No instructions for accessories l and bike instructions are high level with no details.Battery is proprietary which is fine. But to charge $200 for a fast charger and $195 for a spare battery. What a joke.Wouldn't do business with them again. Would avoid.

I'm having trouble and can't get help with the bike
We bought a 16 inch e-bike and received it on Saturday. On Tuesday it broke. I've been trying to speak with someone about this issue since then and have not been been able to speak with a person. I'm also told to leave a message and it is past the time allotment that they said it would take. This is sad as we like the bike, but it does not work at all after only having it for 3 days.

THINK TWICE
Staycyc does not stand by their products. Period. They bend you over the barrel with the initial price then they leave you high and dry when it needs repairs , and bend you over the barrel again for parts, batteries , etc. NOT WORTH IT. Their products break QUICKLY! ESC, battery, motor, all garbage. Stop supporting this company.
