Fantastic Flavor!
We used this to smoke a 12 lb fresh turkey that had been brined overnight. We cooked it in a egg type smoker for Thanksgiving. This was the best turkey the wife and I have ever had in our 60+ years. It had a nice smokey flavor but was not overpowering. Looking forward to another turkey at Christmas.The only thing to note is the soaked chips will stain.

My third time buying this. First two buys were chips. Mostly high temp grilling chicken, burgers and steaks.The flavor on a thick, heavy seared steak is awesome.I'm looking forward to smoking a brisket with the chunks.Constantly searching for Jamaican Pimento Wood or trying to create a close flavor mix.A handful of wet Manuka chips wrapped in foil with about twenty allspice berries gets you very, very close to that flavor profile.Ya, Mon !Good Stuff !!!

Nice stuff
Bought this smoking wood product so I could have a different cooking experience. It came nicely packed and all pieces were beautiful. They are all round pieces about 2 x 3 " and clean of bark. I split one of them for my use but would work well left intact and just added to coals on your smoker. Should provide unique flavor profile. I only burned a couple small pieces to see how they smell. Have not smoked with them yet but believe I would be very satisfied.

Smoked some ribs with this wood today Very light fragrance, somewhat sweet. Not overpowering like a hickory or mesquite. This would be a good smoke for fish also. Definitely will buy again. The only reason I gave 4⭐️ was that some chunks where a little large for my liking but easily quartered as it’s an soft wood.

Great stuff
Use the chunks consistently on my smoker. They are pretty consistent in size and give a good smelling smoke and flavor.

Brosnahan's are the only ones I could find that had Manuka wood available on Amazon, which is AWESOME. Only downside is that some of the wood chunks had signs of worm/insect infestation.
