Seriously this is a great product. I am over 200 pounds and had surgery on my backside. This definitely has enough support for somebody my size but not to stiff. The design is perfect for relieving pressure on the tail bone area. I have been using it at hockey games these days to stay off the hard plastic seats. Ali just loop my arm through the hole and carry it into venues. Easy travel. I even use it in the car when I am a passenger for long drives. It has been a lifesaver for pain. When I get up the foam inflates again fast. It never fully compressed so you still have good cushioning. It's the perfect size for most chairs.

If you need a cushion for sitting this is helpful. After back surgery with 3 months of recovery sitting became a comfort issue. This was thick enough and soft supportive and comfortableHelps him get out of his chair because he is elevated a bit Helped with pain because it was thick soft and comfortableI can’t imagine buying and using one you have to inflate when you can get this one!!!

At it's thickest part, it's over 4" thick. This raises you up off your seat a good bit, obviously, but if you have limited room under your desk for leg placement, or the arms or headrest of your chair cannot be raised to compensate, you may find that the new seat height is not conducive to a good seating arrangement.Instead of looking at the center of my computer monitors, I was looking at the top.The memory foam is decent, but is VERY stiff; feels like sitting on a board, in firmness.All of these were helped by reducing the height by 1.5-2 inches with a really long, and very sharp, knife; cutting off from the flat bottom.I also opened up the hole in the center and cutout in the back at the same time.The top is very ergonomic and supportive of my hips. I am fairly skinny, at 5' 8" - 160# and the seat fits my bottom well. Someone with wider hips & bottom; the seat will not be wide enough.The seat cover is removable and washable and is a nice material with little nubbies on the underside to keep it from sliding around.The design is nice, it just didn't work for me without modification. But that was easy enough.

Works great, especially on hard surfaces. I carry it to restaurants and picnic tables and it is the most comfortable cushion I have.

The Auvon Innovation Donut Pillow provided blessed comfort when sitting became painful. Aside from the pain relief, the pillow provides comfort and a little height. It is well made. The cover is easy to remove and re-install.The Auvon product is well worth the purchase price.

I have back problems and hemmoroids. I got this pillow for the hemmoroids. It didn't help my hemmoroids at all. The hole in the back wasn't in the right place. It wasn't comfortable in my office chair but it was comfortable enough in my dinning room chair so that's where it says. It's really thick and hard but maybe will get softer over time, we should see.

Well made pillow. Comfortable to sit on and is actually really good for the legs during a long drive.
