Great product!
This is one of the few Bluetooth headsets that actually work well for phone calls. I have had no complaints from people not being able to understand me or that I sound like I’m under water. I can also hear the conversation very clear. Unfortunately, they do not tolerate even the slightest bit of water. I used them in the rain, and the next day they would not power on. The previous one I had got slightly wet, and would no longer accept a charge. However if kept dry, they work great! I was also able to return the defective ones with no hassle, and was quickly sent a replacement. They are simple to set up and quickly connect to a device using bluetooth . They are comfortable, and fit perfectly.

Good bang for your buck - comparison with G9
I am starting to fall in love with the entire headset family of this company. Our two sons use the G3 headset in combination with both their tablets and their school computers. Works flawlessly and they have easily survived the backpack abuse so far. Our oldest son uses the G9 for gaming, which is similar to this G2 model, though the microphone boom can be disconnected. Seeing how well that model works for him, I decided to purchase the G2 for myself. I am using this headset just for the many Zoom calls I have to attend, so I do not need the removable microphone boom. So far, the headset has worked very well. Just as the other models, it connects flawlessly to bluetooth and according to other people who attend the Zoom calls, sound quality is perfect. I particularly like the fact this headset sits on your ears, instead of in your ear like with earbuds or over-your-ears like the big headsets. Those models always give me the impression I hear myself speak too profoundly. There are a few noticeable differences with the G9, which could have you prefer the one over the other. First off, there is the removable boom on the G9, which you do not have on the G2. The G2 also sits loser on your head than the G9. I personally like the G9's fit better, but this is personal preference and by no means a deal-breaker. On the other hand, the control buttons on the G2 are larger than on the G9 and G3, which are easier to manage for adults. All in all a very good headset. As they say in Spanish - bueno, bonito y barato.

Decent headset at a good price
These are pretty comfortable, they still pinch my ears a bit where my glasses are but nowhere nearly as bad as other headsets, it's more just annoying then anything. Granted I do wear these for about 10 hours a day. It took a bit of messing around with settings to get them to work correctly on my computer. I can not use the stereo version while using the mic, but even still the sound quality is pretty decent. the mic does a pretty good job on removing background noises, I usually have at least 1 fan running constantly and as it's summer my ac unit kicks on often and the mic doesn't pick these noises up unlike other mics i have used. there are really only 2 downsides for me on these headsets. 1) the mute function does not work on computers, so I can not walk away while on a call and mute the mic. I have to use the computers mute function. 2) it does not have passthru charging, so I can not use these while they are charging neither of these "issues" are really a deal breaker...I can mute the mic from the computer and the battery does last...if it is fully charged it does last a good 10 hours of nonstop or if they've sat for a few days without use or charging they will last a good 5+ hours of nonstop use. Also the range is pretty good, I have been able to roam around my apartment and not lose functionality. I've been recommending these to all of my fellow streamers/broadcasters they work well, sound is decent, fairly comfortable, and last for several hours before needing charged.

These were very painful to wear and use.
These things hurt my ears so bad. Tthe pain started very soon after I put them on. Aside from that, these had a great noise canceling mic and I could hear my callers and my music very good. (Even when I had ear plugs in) I returned these due to the pain they caused. Too bad, the sound quality was excellent for me and my callers. My callers could hear me very well and could not hear any background noise. Even when I was in a very noisy work environment.

Painful to wear
I wanted to love these but after ten mins they put painful pressure on parts of my ear. After 30 mins I couldn't stand wearing them any longer. I think the company knows this because the manual says they will grow more comfortable in time, but I don't want to suffer for weeks hoping my ears will somehow get used to it. I find it hard to get my hair out of the way so that the loops can fit over my ears and even when I do, my glasses arms get in the way so the loops are barely hanging on. I also sit with my head against a pillow which pushes the springy part that goes behind the head and makes the headphones slide around awkwardly whenever I shift or turn my head. Sound quality is fine but nothing special. Build quality seems fine. I don't like that you can't put them in pairing mode without turning off bluetooth on every nearby device they're already paired with. I didn't get a chance to see which device they would choose to pair with when they have multiple options. I like that I can hear myself speak normally instead of muffling outside sound. But I can't recommend these to anyone due to all the ergonomic problems.

great value for decent conference headset
bought these based on recommendations from my colleague who has both the g2 and g3. i already own 2 sets of the Plxxxxxnics voyager 5200 single ear, but they've been acting up with windows 11 after my upgrade. i use my headsets for meetings mainly on Msft Teams. these paired and work nicely, clear call based on feedback from the receiver caller. mind you these are not bone conducting outside ears-- they are basically outside-ear mini speakers and people will hear if you have it on full blast; however you will be able to hear your ambience/ surroundings. and good for stereo music though not expecting hi-fi with bass and whatnot for what these are (including any bone conduction). a few items that could enhance the experience, but maybe just due to these are low-end models i purchased: volume could be a tad louder. the mic boom a bit longer than i prefer and gets in the way but ok for now since i can push it up out of the way (maybe i should try the g3 i think that has the detachable mic). for reference on comfort, my baseball hat size is 7.5" (yes larger head size), but comfortable to leave on for 8hr throughout the. also had some questions for the seller and quick response. overall I'm happy with the value for what these headsets provide me.

Poor sound quality; large size
I bought this for working at home as I thought I may like it better than the big bulky over the ears headset I've been using. The setup / pairing process was easy enough. However, I really dislike the sound quality for both ways (hearing and speaking). It's very tinny. Voices sound very strange, for both the listener and speaker. Terrible for listening to music. The sizing of this device is fine for someone with a larger head, but for my small to extra small adult head, it doesn't really work that well. If I angle it so that it sets up toward my parietal ridge vs angled down toward my neck or straight back from the ears, it is a bit better, but over time still has a tendency to slip from that position and then completely fall away from my ears. Overall due to sizing that is not adjustable and the very tinny, poor sound quality, this particular headset is a hard NO from me. I would have liked to return this item, but I unfortunately waited too long, so now I'm stuck with this device that no one wants to use due to the poor sound. I gave it a 3 overall, just because it was easy to setup/pair, and it does work, but this particular product is just not for me.

Great headset for work
I had already purchased the G9 Headset with the detachable mic and was offered the G2 as an upgrade, and I completely agree that it is an upgrade. The G9 worked great for approximately 2 weeks then the mic boom started to have issues. finally stopped working at week 3, I have checked all the connections, and I can find no issues, it had not been abused in any way. No complaints at all on sound quality, or mic quality. only that the boom stopped after about 3 weeks. The G9 is still usable without the mic, (it has other built-in mics) I just prefer a boom to one without, for noise canceling purposes, The G2 Headset seems to be working great up to this point, no problems at all with the boom mic, the sound or quality. Completely comfortable to wear. I completely recommend this product at this time. the company did an amazing job with going the extra mile. Very rapid response. Definitely will order from them again! Thanks guys!! one happy customer here.
