I was soo excited about this bag, but got over it shortly. The adjustable shoulder straps do like to come undone as you walk so you will find yourself with bag falling off your shoulder and you constantly stopping to do buckles up. Then cross body strap is even worse. By no means am I short, I am 170 cm tall, but when I put cross body strap on the shortest setting due to sag in the bag it is hanging above my knee, when I adjust it to long even with high heels it is laying on the floor next to me. This bag was not thought though. Money wasted.
