I ordered the motor without measuring the length of the shaft (my fault ). It was about 1" to short ,but with some cuts to the gaurd we were able to make everything work . I'm very happy now. Have my drill press back.

I bought a bench top milling machine that had been in a factory and the motor was a 2 H.P. 3 phase. Seeing as I can't use 3 phase at home, I bought this 2 H.P. motor that runs 110/220 single phase. I wired it to run 220 and it is perfect and doing a great job.

Easy hook up I'm just using it for my dust collection nice start up

This motor was shipped promptly and would have fit my needs very well except that the shaft was the wrong size. The description stated it was 5/8" when in fact it was 13/16". Returned for refund.
