Ordered these for a couple students in my class who can’t stop chewing on unsafe objects. They’re working great so far! I much prefer them over the ones I ordered that are a full chew necklace all the way around because that broke. The kids love the options of the different shapes too!

I bought our first set in November. Two months later, only 2 of the 5 are still usable, but for $8, I'm happy enough with just those 2 to repurchase the set. So far, they have definitely been helping to keep my kid from chewing on everything else. Only once that I know of has he chewed on something else while wearing one, & it was something he was wearing that crossed in front of the necklace. The clasps are plastic, so of course the first thing my son did with each necklace was chew up the clasps, destroying them. I had to cut all the clasps off & tie a knot in the strings for each necklace. He also enjoys chewing on the strings, which have thus far not been damaged by it. Individual ratings: Cookie & Donut - 5 stars. These ones are still going strong after 2 months. No visible damage yet, despite being the most used. I'm buying this set again just to get extras of these 2. I'm sure they will break eventually, & I want back-ups ready. I wish they offered sets of just different colored cookies & donuts. "Lego" brick - 4 stars. He really liked this one. It lasted over a month (being used every third day, or less) and then it split apart completely where the string went through it. Shark tooth - 1 star. It looks cool, but it was the first to be damaged by chewing. The first/only time he wore it, he chewed the tip off, then got very upset that it was "broken." Feather - 0 stars. This one is useless, in my opinion. It is very thin, & doesn't look like it could handle much chewing. It broke the first day he wore it, tearing where the string went through it. I'm not sure if he even had a chance to chew on the feather before it broke.

For a stim kid chewy necklace the quality is equivalent to a super chewer dog toy from bark box. These boys are tough and do not give that squishy satisfaction.

My three-year-old son loves the fun designs and has stopped chewing on his clothes and is biting less now that he has a healthy outlet for his chewing and biting needs. The Durability is great and hasn't received any damage over the last month of him chewing on it regularly.

My grandson loved these!! He chewed on his shirts before we got him these! He is autistic and these helped him so much!

I bought these for my grandson who was having issues with biting at school. The fun shapes are what actually got him into the habit at drop off of us telling him. "we dont bite freinds, we bite ????" and he would yell, MY DONUT!!! Items such as this were recommended to us from his teachers. They could be used as teether rings,. but we used them to give him something to bite on when he was upset instead of biting his freinds. They can be put in the fridge or freezer to make cold. The string on them is actually very sturdy and we never had an issue with them breaking. These are honestly what helped him stop biting in school. Thank you so MUCH!!!
