Heart Percent blur pencils come in a variety of colors. They are made to overline the lips without looking overpowering. Be aware they are not transfer-proof or longwearing. But, they are matte, lightweight, and smooth. They are also multi-use. What can be used on the lips can be used anywhere on the face including the eyes. I bought two colors: 19 - Dusty Pink - Muted rose 08 - Cloudy Mauve - Milky mauve grey. The smoothness of these pencils makes it a great eyeshadow base. If you have dry eyes or hate the tightness of some eyeshadow primers, this can be an alternative. However, strangely enough the pencil can feel dry on the lips so moisturize for it to sit smoothly and comfortably. Don't forget that these pencils also make great blushes, contours, or highlights. It all depends on what colors you choose.

This shade is a perfect match for my natural lip color—I’m obsessed! 😍 The color is gorgeous and it feels really nice on the lips. The only downside is that it doesn’t last super long. On busy days, I even dab a little on my cheeks as a blush, and it gives me that easy tone-on-tone look—two birds, one stone! It’s also small enough to throw in a mini bag, so it’s perfect for quick touch-ups. Honestly, it’s become one of my must-have items in my bag ♥

got the shade salmon beige and i use it as a base for my lippies. it really brings out the true color and makes everything last longer. smooth, pretty, and super useful. and it does all that without drying my lips out!!!

I got the Geek Chic duo. The lip pencil is so nice and easy to overline, but the rose beige is so salmon-y and warm irl. It's not that flattering, especially because the tint was almost greyish mauve (really beautiful color!). The color combo just wasn't very well thought out. If the lip pencil was actually on the beige side, it would've been better. I'll probably buy another very cool toned shade. I'll still use the lip pencil on days I wear a warmer lip color, but it's not my favorite tone.

This is a perfect cool toned greyish pinky mauve. I use it as a liner and as a base to tone down my brighter pink and purple lipsticks. It’s matte with good staying power. I’ve repurchased it multiple times and as a person with a drawer full of lipstick mistakes, that’s saying a lot. I even reorder it before it runs out.

I purchased the color Bare Lips. It is exactly the same color as the picture and it is just perfect. This is not a precision liner and I didn’t want it to be. I like the overline look - my lips are on the thin side, and this helps with a subtly fuller look. I don’t line all the way to the edges of my lips, concentrating more in the middle 2/3 top and bottom - it’s a pretty effect. I can’t believe how easily it glides on and how well it stays put. Because it so closely matches my own lip color, you don’t see any obvious line. This brand’s eye and lipliners are very impressive - I wish I had know about them sooner. I’ve used other lip liners that irritated the skin and caused nasty little bumps or breakouts, but there are no issues with this one. Highly recommend!

Horrible. Its supposed to be a dusty purple. Its skin toned. Its literally the same color as my skin. Total waste of money, went straight into the trash.

Okay as a lip color, soft and creamy, but I would not define this as a lip pencil. You can easily wipe it away.

芯が太くて綺麗に縁取るのが難しいです。技量不足のせいでミートソースパスタ食べた後みたいになってしまいます。セザンヌのように細めの方が初心者には描きやすかったです。色は見本通りです。

これを使うと口元が美少女になるので、大好きです
