Useful for other purposes
Bought the box spanner, not for its intended use but for useage on external garden gates. The spanner was ideal to use on large gate adjustable hinges. The tool allowed access to adjuster nuts and overcame the tight access caused by the hinge bracket. Turned an awkward job into an easy task. Basic, well made and ideal for tight areas

Great value, does the job easily
This is the second one of these I've bought. The last one was donated to my Uncle who was equally as impressed with it as I was. It's cheap and works a treat. I used it to fit two new taps to a sink. This was the only way I could access and tighten the nuts on the tap. The metal bar can slide back and forth so I was able to keep turning it without it hitting the sink body and getting stuck. Good stuff! Rob :)

A Very Useful Tool for fitting Taps
This is a nice easy to use tool. I used to struggle with ordinary spanners and wrenches but this makes everything straightforward and quick. Use the tommy-bar provided with the spanner, though - don't be tempted to apply extra leverage. It works well. Money well spent.

Size not very good
The 27mm end of the tool does not fit the backnut very well(too tight) and some fettling was reqired. Suggest quality control have a look at the presses.

Cheap practical tool
Excellent value and does the job. Two sizes is helpful. Includes a tommy bar unlike other offers.Packaging is minimal which saves waste.

Very Poor Quality!
Arrived with several manufacturer defects -- several dents on the top edge of the 32mm size. These were not caused by shipping. The dents were bad enough that it would not fit onto the 32mm spanner nut that secures the cartridge in my Grohe kitchen faucet. Disappointed to say the least. Cannot recommend.

Poor quality control
Two of the four holes for the Tommy bar were not clean, which prevented the Tommy bar from going through at all. Not only is it poor craftsmanship but zero quality control to miss this. Obviously, this banner doesn’t work without leverage.
