Electric Hoist Winch 500kg/1,100lb Portable Electric Winch w/Wireless Remote Control - Vertically & Horizontally Lift

Without a doubt, this is the most poorly written manual I have ever seen. I am almost afraid to even turn the hoist on. On page 2, under "Technical Service", I will quote exactly what it says; "Product problems or you related products to use thought and reading this manual can not get effective help, in order to avoid misoperation resulting in accidents, please contact to buy the product of the agents". Say what?Reading between the lines, I wonder if they are trying to say that if you have problems, contact Customer Service? If so, I can find nowhere in the manual a company name or phone number. I am puzzled by one review that mentions customer support for him was good. How in the world did he even contact them?The confusion continues. On page 4, I quote exactly: "There are two modes of operation.1. short speed mode: By hand, the positive and negative start switch, suitable for short range operation.2. full speed mode: By long press the positive and negative start switch, suitable for long distance operation.3. warm tips: This product by a certain delay or inertia buffer, it is not in the reverse operation within 0.5 seconds, otherwise it will damage the circuit board."What in the world does all that mean? I think it means if you are not particularly good at figuring out mechanical or electrical things, avoid this product.On page 6, under "Replacement parts note", I quote exactly: "Does not comply with the following instructions will result in hand or finger injury:1. the product installation or operation, do not touch the wire rope, hook, hook and the mouth of the mouth opening.2. the operation of the product, in the operation of the hook and wire rope should be particularly cautious.3. wire rope products import, during installation and operation, to use the external wires rope, so as not to hurt the hand or fingers.On page 8, "Does not comply with the following instructions will cause hand or finger injury:1. the operation of the wire rope must wear thick leather gloves.2. do not let the wire rope out of your hands.3. the use of the product or the rear end of the heat will be discharged, beware of burns."It is obvious the manufacturer failed to follow standard practice for most foreign sellers, by not having a person with good English skills review the manual before printing, if for no other reason than to make sure it is reasonably accurate.I have only turned the hoist on, just to make sure it works. I seems to be reasonably well made, and I would have rated it higher, if not for the awful manual.

what I dislike was there was no battery and the corded hoist control did not come in the box like it shows was to be in box. thats why I got this hoist. there is no number to call to find out why. what am I to do.

I use it in my shop and it works well just very noisy and I didn’t receive the battery for the remote but the hoist works just fine.

...and they did.thank you hoist seller. You care. and the the hoist, yes it's loud...but it's fricken strong. If noise is an issue, I took apart the shell and there's room to insulate it with fiberglass.. Or just cut open a pillow, shove it in, ziptie shut...done.

I received this winch appropriately packaged the end of April 2023. I took it out of the box today, June 20, 2023, to lift an item from the ground to ceiling. After extending the cable to the ground, I attempted to lift the item from the ground, and discovered the return button does NOT work. After trying to return this item on Amazon, I was notified the seller does not take returns. This item is a rip-off. I absolutely do not recommend this seller or the merchandise to anyone. I would rate this winch minus zero stars if possible. Buyer beware!!!

Hoist is fantastic. Can I get/purchase an extra cable remote. ?

The winch works great. Glad I bought it, no complaints.

The manual is not readable since the translation was obviously done by a non English speaking person. Suggest an English speaking person rewrite the entire manual.The product may be ok but use at your own risk since the instructions are indecipherable.
