So easy to use, I have used it for 2 days now and it's going great, it works really well and is very strong, I can change the level really easily, it's totally worth the money paid for it and I will continue to use this

Portable,light, no recoil
You will get a good chest and arm workout from this. You can adjust the resistance to suit your training needs. The best thing there is no recoil as with spring loaded chest exercisers. Also it is portable and light enough to take anywhere with you.

Robust and easy to use.
This was smaller and lighter than I expected, which is a positive. That said, it’s sturdy and robust and the adjustment is self explanatory. The piston system it uses makes for easier exercising than a spring type system with none of the jerkiness they tend to have.

What a Game Changer👍
This is the best kit i've ever had the good fotune to chance upon after trying out numerous ways to find a portable apparatus that strenthens and tones up the upper body muscles; It does exactly that!I have an ongoing cervical c5/6 disc herniation left side with a comminuted 4 part fracture of the humerous ball joint left side and 3 broken ribs left side and am able to use this to strengthen the muscles that support the neck, shoulders and arms.Combined with intermittent fasting this product is making the pain flares of cerival radiculopathy recede to a comfortable level. A true game changer in this type of sports equipment which will help me avoid an ACD Fusion operation!

Fast results
I was skeptical buying this, but I have to say its a great addition to my home workout gear. Well built and definitely can get challenging. Its great if you have limited time and want to get in a fast and intense workout. Highly recommended

Harder than I expected
Sturdy product. Used 4 times so far, from lowest setting up to 4. Certainly works the chest and arm muscles.No exercise chart included, but you can find them on the internet.Will need to monitor the bolt connections, as they may become loose, as one has, hence the 4 star rating.Early days, but so far, so good
