Insightful, Concise, and Well-structured
This book is maybe the best $3 I've ever spent for my career. I needed a primer for some work on pricing our company's software, and this went well-beyond. It lays out a robust yet intuitive framework for approaching B2B SaaS pricing, and is chock-full of examples. Nearly every page gave me an insight worth writing down to use at work. It also aligns with what I've seen succeed/fail in ad hoc pricing exercises we've had in my past, which quickly built my trust in the author's experience.

Great book for newbies or more advanced
The author caught my attention right away by comparing SaaS to trains because the analogy made a ton of sense. I went through a rigorous startup accelerator (Founder's Institute) and found that the info in this book was very accurate and in line with what we heard each week from investors. This book is also great for talking not just about how you price when you start, but how do you scale it? What are the structures you set yourself up for success with that have stability but also some room to grow? I really enjoyed the breakdown of users, customers, product in terms of an iteration of customers. This book is great for beginners, but also has valuable pricing info if you're further along in the process but really stumped on how to set pricing.

Amazing book
This is likely the best book on pricing I have ever read. It's not just knowledgeable and insightful, but also incredibly entertaining. Reading it feels akin to diving into a classic thriller or detective novel by Conan Doyle. I would highly recommend this book to anyone involved in pricing, or simply to those desiring a quality read from the world of business.

Not just good but great!
This book teaches you how to think strategically about your SaaS product. The underpinnings of micro-econ and competition are solid.I would suggest this to book to SaaS CEO, founder, or whoever is tasked to solve the question, "How should we group our customer's into different tiers that map to our product capabilities?"This book isn't heavy on analysis but is about concepts that are actionable.

The best book on pricing I've read
If I had to pick one book to keep and burn the rest of my bookshelf, this would be the one to keep. :) It would definitely buy back all the rest. The absolute best book on pricing I've come across, or more exactly on structuring products and services, and then asking for money to make it all worth your and your customers' while. Except you don't really even need to ask, you price it and it falls in place naturally. There's plenty of treatment on the question of how much, yet you'll see this is not the most important question to ask.Would def recommend combining this with reading Demand-side Sales by Bob Moesta and Obviously Awesome by April Dunford.

Amazing Read!
For anyone who is in or interested in the world of pricing in business, this book is for you. I didn’t expect much for its price and thought it may be boring since it is an informative book, but I was wrong. The book was entertaining, easy to follow, and had lots of information to take away that I will be applying to my own practices. Very easily worth the read and without little regret, especially considering the price.

Must Read for SaaS Pricing Professionals
I’ve been a pricing consultant for ~8 years and during that time have worked alongside several pricing experts as well as read most of the books that have been written on this topic. Many of the concepts and principles that Ulrik includes in The Pricing Roadmap are ones that none of the experts in this space are talking or writing about. I believe his perspective is truly unique as he has been a SaaS founder and a pricing advisor. This book sits on my desk and I’m referencing it on a weekly, if not daily basis to revisit topics that I use in my day to day job.
