Seems well made
Brought this one for the durability of the aluminum fittings and ability to see whether fuel is flowing through the glass sides.

Good!
These are pretty nice for the price. Certainly has the typical "made in China" flaws (burrs, sharp edges, thin paint pretending to be anodizing, both barbs are labeled "IN" lol, and the ends of the glass are 'out for blood'. Yet still a very good value as they look great from any reasonable viewing distance and do the intended job well. Serviceable too FTW!

Clean before using!
I purchased this for my riding lawn mower, as I was having issues with the red plastic ones slowly leaking. It works great, but you definitely MUST clean the aluminum inside piece before using. It's rough cut/drilled out, and there are aluminum flakes all inside it. I just used a bread bag tie wrap and jammed it in and twirled it around and got most of it out. Outside of that it's fine, no leaks.

Works great
Works great on low pressure gravity feed fuel system.

Much better than stock plastic
I love how I can see the fuel clearly through the glass. I can see how clean, or dirty, the gas and the filter inside are. When needed, I just take it off the fuel line, clean it out, then put it back on. Much better than replacing plastic filters every couple of months. It pays for itself in the long run. It's made with good quality and should last a long time.

Unfinished And Not Inspected
I bought 2 of these for my flat twin motorcycle. One filter had limited fuel flow and the other zero fuel flow. The pic shows two holes on the stud on the left (limited flow) and only one hole on the stud on the right (zero flow). Not the first time I've gotten an item like this. I just grit my teeth and fix it instead of dealing with a return and exchange, then risk ending up with the same problem. A few minutes at my drill press corrected the problem and both filters flow like they should now.If you can troubleshoot and have access to machine tools, take a chance on one. If you can't, avoid these.

Idk
Even after reassembling and tightening this fuel filter leaked. It’s unfortunate because it seems very well constructed and it matched the flow of the track bike I am building. I guess I got a bad one.
